Redmi Android Xiaomi Rumors

Redmi launched the Turbo 4 back in January, and now it's getting ready to fully reveal the Turbo 4 Pro. The official announcement is taking place next week, according to Wang Teng, General Manager of Xiaomi's China marketing department and General Manager of the Redmi brand. While Wang steered clear of offering up an actual launch date, rumor has it it's April 24.

The brand has also posted the first teaser image of the phone, which you can see below.

At the same time, China Telecom seems to have listed the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro early, and that's given us a full list of specs along with two official images to look at. So, here goes.

The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro has a 6.83-inch flat LTPS OLED screen with 1280x2800 resolution, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC at the helm, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and a 7,550 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging.

There's a 50 MP main camera with OIS and an 8 MP ultrawide on the back, and a 20 MP snapper for selfies. The phone measures 163.1 x 77.93 x 7.98 mm and weighs 219g. It will be offered in white, black, and green, and pricing is set to start at CNY 2,099, which right now translates into approximately $287 or €252.
