I guess the Images Say it all.. SE K800i is way better than the two.. The purple flower pictures tells it all.. Just open it to the full size and see what Blunder has Nokia N73 done..
The other factor is the Zoom.. Look at the zoom in the K800i... The others dun even come NEAARRRRR....
1)- Sony Ericsson K800i
2)- Nokia N73
3)- Samsung D900
I think that overall K800i (or K790i for GSM) is the winner ,with N73 at a close second place and D900 last .Most of you may agree with me but you are ignoring the fact that N73 has Symbian software support ,better outlook ,etc.
So,best camera is K800i's and best phone ,I think could be N73 .
i tink that in some of the pics n73 result is much better than k800i and d900 and in mostly pics k800i result is better than n72 and d900 pics
but i think both n73 and k800i r awesome mobiles
both have good features k800i has'nt got good features as n73 but still it is excellent and i've no comments abt d900
K800i definitely wins it. N73 results seems nice, but don't you realize soemthing... the color is fake. The results from N73 adds more contrast. Like Ween comments on the purple flower, N73 results has too much color that makes the flower looks suck!
Especially with the help of xenon flash and bestpic. I have the K800i and my sister has the N73 then I made my own test for both phones... even she admits that mine (K800i) is better.
Well, here are the ranks from me and my sis point of view:
3. D900 (haven't test it)
k800i takes better pictures. BETTER. did u guys see the purple flower pic? my goodness.. n73 sucked big BIG TIME in that picture. my choice?
1. se K800i --- wins
2. Samsung D900 --- love the colours
3. nokia n73 --- still thinking about the purple flower. yuck!
this is just my opinion based on the pictures taken. i'm just commenting about THE CAMERA. not THE FEATURES. thank u
have you evr tried using the cybershot of Sony? it's almost the same taking a pic at 3.2MP resolution. Nokia are just trying hard too much. Of course for the competition. Have you noticed how fast they are changing the phone line ups? You may say SE's are a bit priced high but you get the most of it. I still vote for SEK800i that n73.
K800 is better, because the color in nokia is too dark..the pic has taken by se k800 better..it's real colors
well i really like my d900....but i aint bein bias but it isnt true that nokia has d best resale value, here in rp nokia's price is going down fast due to popularity n features also se(i dont know y)...best resale value is the samsung its value even goes up ...also the menu is stunning and the pix are good enuf but the video is the best...this is just an opinion, i have nothing agnst se n nokia.these 3 phones are stl top notchers.
maybe YOU should get some glasses, coz ther phone we're talkin about is the N73 not the N63. And to solve the argument, the D900 is the most pleasing to look at coz its not a chunky candybar phone, the SE is probably the best image wise as SE hav always made great cameras and working with the Sony Cybershot team has made it even bettr. Th N73 will win in its features, practicality(coz Nokia always seem 2 b)and its company name
well after all this comments and after what i saw i can only say that Sony Ericsson it's the best...i mean REALLY the best :))
NOKIA N73 is comparatively better than SE 800 & D900 in the following parameters:
- Camera Resolution
- Camera Clarity
- Color intensity
- Symbian Series 60 Operating System
- User Friendly Interface
- Ease of Use
- Brand Quality
- Brand Re-sale Value
NOKIA IS THE BEST. N73 is the BEST OF BEST out of the THREE.
i have the k800i and it is a better phone than the nokia. I have had nokia for 12 years and now given up as they are beaten by function and form on this one
Some of u guys are blind N63 clearly beats the other 2 phones, hands down.
U guys should get some glasses or a new prescription.
No doubt k800 has better camera than both N73 and D900, and for those who couldn't see this, i request them to look at the close up picture taken by 3 cameras.
Not only the camera, sony sound quality is way above any other brand in market(since BOSE in not into mobile business), so i think this is best buy in this series.
no doubt the sony ericsson k800i wins it all!!!, i mean it is generally better than the nokia n73 because it has more features but maybe not in video, still decent though, samsung d900 is the last of all since it hasnt got that much features, whereas the other two do. now its between the nokia n73 and the sony ericsson k800i, theyre both 3g, both 3.2 megapixel camera phones and both have high resolution colour screens however since the sony ericsson k800i has a xenon flash like digital cameras do, more vivid colours which means its camera has just the right colours for everything whereas the nokia n73 and samsung d900 suffers some of the time in producing the right colours in different surroundings, it may have a less clearer video resolution but still decent, whatever the nokia n73 has the k800i has aswell but MUCH better, more professional and sophisticated, just hold both of them in youre hands and you will see, sony ericsson k800i demolishes them both in general, its not an opinion its a fact
Well the photos taken by the N73 are really good I have to say. However, the images taken by the Nokia N73 are almost as taken by a real digital camera. Consider it, Nokia is working to its full potential but I not saying Sony Ericsson is less better than N73. Off course the video on the N73 is better because it records in a MP4 format. Overall the N73 is really the best digital camera and symbian phone on the market.
Do all of you have a 20/20 vision? Look at the pictures again. Look at the reality of their colors. Look at the brightness. Now, tell me.. Who has the brighter image between the 3 phones?
----> we know! the reality of colors. and n73 is shouting at all of us the falaciousness of the photos taken by the above mentioned fone. overcompensated. fake. and you know y? coz they are so desperate to produce what is supposed to be the best camfone that they overdone it. well i can't blame nokia for having such ambitious goal. all there is to blame are the engineers building the fone.
why do i always see some dead pixels on the left upper corner of the n73? i think the photos are good though just need a little colour adjustment
