My samsung galaxy grand neo plus is kinda making me pissed. As I charge my phone, touch screen doesn't work normaly. Everytime I touch it with two fingers it always making my selection random like typing in keyboard. What to do? Reply asap

I loved this phone 70 percent only It is awesome but the problem is its battery packup is so weak.
i hated the battery and rest everything and every feature of this phone I liked so much.
