Had the Grand Neo since April - phone had an update about 2 weeks ago and ever since, my phone won't ring/accept calls. I get no "missed call" notification. If someone leaves a voicemail, the icon shows up but that its. I had my phone troubleshot by carrier and a reset - still no incoming calls. Anyone else have this issue?
Someone told me to get another SIM card - any suggestions?
(YES - I've checked all my call settings nothing blocked/forwarded) Thanks! I don't want to buy a new damn phone.
