Why they would go with a cortex-A5 CPU when even every WP currently uses a cortex-A9 or above CPU. Talk about under powered. Never mind the low resolution display (800x480). Or the low 3mp camera with no camera flash. If you want a cheap Android like phone with no Google apps or services to go with what is normally found on other Android devices. Then go for it, I guess.

Low-res screen, below average camera and seriously (believe me on this) not-so-friendly (forget being cool) UI. The phones are seriously underpowered and what's worst??? No multitasking apart from music...
Not at all worth half of its price.

All in all, what we can say that Nokia tried to push the alarm button before its ship sinks. Feels so bad as a core Nokia lover of 2000s to see this failure of Nokia. Love it or hate it, Android and iOS swept the floor beneath Nokia's feet and this last attempt of Nokia bringing a "so-called" Android handset might just not work.

When we are getting phones with top notch specifications, who would buy forked version of Nokia X series at a comparatively higher price and which not-so-freakin' Android.

Sorry Nokia, no luck with this series. This looks just as Asha with a different under current.
