I'm being using the product since last 2 month, I didn't find any complaint!
But I would suggest HTC to improve on the internal memory side 8 GB is too less for this kind of luxuries device.

Samsung is worlds 1at largest smartphone manufacturer. HTC is also one of the best smartphone maker. As I used HTC desire 816 i will talk about it . It us very good phone at performance. But rear camera us dissapointing. And if you are heavy phone user u might feel battery is not great but I can say al smartphones have same problem that battery backup. But if u are moderate user u will get full day battery backup . It is really good phone HTC should have solved problem with rear camera . Then it could have phablet of the year. They given 13mp camera but camera doesn't give that quality of pic it gives 8-10 no pictures.

HTC desire 816 is very good phone.. I'm using this handset last 20 days,,,, I'm satisfied ....about bettry n sound it's a common in almost every ph..... In term of prices very good... Latest smartphone, slim , large displays......

I m getting problem in sound .. even i have checkd it many times the volume but its on full volume, it fluctuates many time, thre is no sound wen i type.. wen i play music thn also it play very low. I hve showed to the shop frm whre i took but he said boom sound was off .. but today my boom sound is on still thre is prbm.. i m nt understanding wat to do

Shaheen, 14 Jul 2014Yes.I am buying HTC desire816 actually am using this mobile only 3days..very nice to use..4th day mobile camera prblm...i am going to service center and I hand over in 13.06.2014 but today 27.07.14 they will not return to me..i am calling to customer care they told stock not available...so I suggest no one buy HTC bcz service is very worst...
