I think you'll find this is a Note 4 killer, never mind Note 3 or 2.
No active stylus? So this thing can't even compete with my Note 2, much less Note 3. Fail!
Also what more do people want from a phone, they're coming to their peak now, smartphones/phablets are not going to get alot more advanced than they are now, some of you are being too fussy.
The only time a stylus is needed is on much smaller phones, they have no use on large screens certainly any size above 5.5". I used to use a stylus on my Sony M600i which was useful as it was difficult typing on a 3.5" screen. The S-pen is certainly a gimmick, there is no place for it whatsoever. The only worry I have with LG Pro 2 is the loudspeaker, it's supposed to be very powerful but according to the review it's very average, which is disappointing.
This is just a blown up G2. And it does not even have a stylus pen built in. And the S pen itself on the note 3 is not a gimmick at all.
I better than the Note 3 due to :-
1) much slimmer bezels,
2) OIS+
3) Better all round camera
4) Better software, S-pen is a gimmick
5) More natural colours, amoled is too vivid
Another "high-end" device without FM radio! I'm completely disappointed. It's time to think about buying Nokia Windows 8.1 high-end phone.
AnonD-237389, 05 Mar 2014What is this!!! What a useless phone.Sony xperia z ultra and Samsung galaxy note3 are so much ... moreHow?? Elaborate.
Why these companies have a short delay between releasing
New phones...,,..Lg should learn from Apple. ....
First let it compete with Note 2... Note 3 comes much much later....
What is this!!! What a useless phone.Sony xperia z ultra and Samsung galaxy note3 are so much better than this, despite they came more than six month earlier, they are real phablets,,g pro2 and one max are worst phablets ever
This is a decent effort from LG, but as GSM said it 6 months to late, the Note 3 in the UK at least can now be had for under £450 simfree in some places, I paid £434 back in December for mine, I can't see LG offering this device for that price the 16GB version will probably be around £600 mark & the 32GB around £700 mark and hard to get hold off, so while LG do have a decent Phablet, it will fail to sell, basically because the Note 3 can be had for alot less now.

AnonD-53686, 05 Mar 2014One question..... How is this better than the note 3? Its not. The note 3 has a better quality screen, more storage, USB 3.0, S-pen and a lot more advanced software (like split window, pen window, air view etc).
That said, the Pro 2 is still a really good device.
LG latest smartphones support native video call.
so they finally learn their mistakes and take clues from Samsung.
One question..... How is this better than the note 3?
Nothing amazing. Another phone just like the thousands of others. It makes phone calls.
[deleted post]Who cares.. is not it best compare to others? Or is there any device with real 4k? So just forgot 4k and try to see the outputs. You vl not regret either
Best phone apart.. a huge challenge for Samsung and others. Though I doubt 4k video on mobile like 1080 shot on a 2mp cam but its applicable for all. The market is full of competition and companies comes with various strategies. We only need a device which is best capable for daily job from entertainment to office work LG G Pro2 is best compared to Notes and others. Affordable price. LG rocks.
