I bought this phone two days back, and I couldn't find "my file" folder as I can't even check where my pictures, songs etc is stored, if anyone can help me out, I will be very grateful.

I brought this phone on january 2014.till now there is no heating problem or lagging problem.the screen resolution is awesome and the sound clarity is clear.The hd lcd display is as good as led display. he battery after full recharge in the morning lasts till the end of the day with 40perc left in balance. samsung grand 2 worth for the money

I buyed this phone 1year and 3 months ago after 4 months on scren at my phone show one robot green at that time to know i can find nobody to explain to me what happen i send the phone in Vietnam becouse people in the dtire were i bored said to me so.after 6 months my phone came bavk its addres wrong... Can u please help me that phone was $488 I still has recite. Somebody help for phone number when i can call. Thaks

I dont have much of a heatinhg problem...otg not supported bothers me though. Overall i would say its pretty good for its price
