Does anyone want to be a photographer if he want to use a flash to take photos indoors? Should the camera on all cheap phones require perfect outdoor light conditions? Its a well known fact that cheap phones cannot take useable photos even in normal lit indoor environments, they need flash much more than the good and expensive camphones does. Well known for everyone except one if we count you in.
ZTE Blade Q i said, now we're talking real value for the money.

Could have given it a 5mp camera with flash and stereo speakers like the live walkman used to have and that was an inexpensive phone too.

Better than expected but no LED flash is a downer for very many buyers, too bad Sony still insist on saving a few cents on this, same as Nokia, loosing out on lots of entry level sales for no good reason.
The alternatives, where is the ZTE Blade Q? It offers a decent cam with LED and 1GB RAM, not to mention a good IPS display, unbeatable.
