still no way to disable those stupid fugly tiles ? no thanks, you can keep it. just got my note 3 this week and its preety awesome, fast, screen is very nice for web pages and maps and movies, and i got used to it really fast, its size i mean, and it has a spigen case.
by this time next year hopefully i'll be able to get one of those project ara phones and build one to my specs, windows os and nokia smartphones belong in the bin, they're only competing with chinesse knockoffs these days.

I have been through the same when I bought my lumia 920.. its the first wrong choice in my life and I still regret it.. I only bought it because I was a nokia fanboy.. loved nokia build quality.. any ways if u want Android go for HTC else much better BlackBerry Z30.

I have used lumia and then samsung s3.. and Android is any day better than windows phone and BlackBerry OS 10 is any day any hour better than both of them and even iOS.

After looking and reading about this os I am glad I am not using it. And I have BlackBerry 10 OS. Pheww.. I really don't know how on earth people can use this os. It doesn't have a file manager, no call recording function, no call blocking function so even developers can't develop any apps for the same. stupid black background is fixed for every thing. Oh boy this OS sucks a big time..

I am not sure what to say about this update Microsoft. I have the 920, I liked it at first but the IE and the Font thingy was a freaking letdown. And now after installing this 8.1, it's just as bad. The font sizes for your apps is just ridiculous. Take a look at Whatsapp for instance. Even the blind can read those words. If names are too long, please allow them to scroll, damn it. I should have stayed put with my Samsung. Honestly

mihai, 08 May 2014WP 8.1 is a big improvement compared to WP8 and it continues to grow. Android fans keep saying... moreI was quite shocked by the performance and fluidity of the lumia 520. It's not just asphalt 8. It's EVERYTHING! WP8 is extremely efficient!
It pains me to say this, but... Well Done Microsoft!

Native file manager in WP8.1 coming in May. Android and iOS don't even have it.
