Anonymous, 27 May 2014plastic back? no thanks"plastic back? no thanks" - what is so important ? Everybody use case, etc., to protect the phone, especially for expensive phones, so plastic or metal become irrelevant !

The LG G3 is in many ways better than last year's model, so an upgrade from the LG G2 makes sense. LG's new flagship brings a better screen, a more stylish design, an improved camera, and a more powerful processor to the table, all the while taking care of minor issues that have surely been bugging LG G2 owners all along. We just have to make something clear – one should not be expecting any radical improvements after making the jump to a G3. The new model is better just enough to justify an upgrade, not to bring us into a new era of smartphone evolution.

This i must say is a very ugly phone, slim bezels top notch but from the pictures the material finish looks terrible especially the back. Then LG need to stop talking trash, if they couldn't make it water proof be silent on it no need trying to discredit others, take a cue from HTC. I have seen the Sony Xperia Z which is well over a year old been dumped into water several times, even in champagne holders with Ice, in a swimming pool and nothing happened to the phone in accordance with the ratings and warranties Sony put forth. So they shouldn't say crap that it's misleading. They just didn't want to compromise on the bezels which is their style/philosophy. All others have top manufacturers have phones with slim bezels so this isn't something new.
