It will reduce the heating in the phone.

Don't go with samsng as my frnd hs faced a lot f lagging probs wd the note3neo.. And i personally trust htc the most...although the stylus in note looks cool...

64 bit processor really the NEED? until Android 5.0 is updated, it wont be able to fully blast its hardware usage. Also almost every app is 32bit enabled and they are optimizing it for android L. In near future, 32bit is still the trend. Also the Snapdragon soc and the 720p resolution.
Its a 5.5inch phablet, 1080p with that killer soc was a must apart from other drawbacks.
I myself wanted to purchase it but now i am baffled.
A 64 bit sugar coating on the top of an only decent candy!
