AnonD-79109, 30 Sep 2014I haven't seen such a long list of negatives in any phone I guess.. Lol.. Well apple is worst ... moreAs much as I hate Apple's business strategy, Apple is very far from becoming blackberry. Its still a great phone if you can live with its limitations and high price.
I haven't seen such a long list of negatives in any phone I guess.. Lol.. Well apple is worst than any android smartphone I have used in the past couple of years.. I have an ipad, and after the last update its become a blackberry.. It lags and hangs and applications crash and dropbox is impossible to use coz if I zoom in on an image it just gets stuck there, no response, it just hangs there, even after I close and reopen the application it doesn't help.. I have to remove it from the multitasking (or should I call it that) tray and only then it starts working again and the same happens on zooming.. And this happened in front of my client.. I was so embarrassed and seriously thank that I had a giant android phone and I could go ahead with the meeting and show the images on that..
Apple is becoming blackberry slowly.. The premium famous smartphone gone horribly wrong..

Meaning while in movie mode the colors are very accurate.
So Amoled is only with blacks and massive contrast, overall less power consuming, evenly lit without random bright spots, less reflective, better in direct sunlight, and can give a level of saturation that people in the real world like and LCD cannot produce.
Plus in Movie mode it has better white balance, very accurate colors, retains black and contrast, on even lighting....That's way more natural than.....
Accurate colors, fake blacks, fake whites, lacking contrast, more reflection, less even lighting and random bright spots, and so on.....
You have no facts....Just apple love.
[deleted post]Enjoy waiting for whatever Android "next best thing" to arrive, I'll be enjoing using my iPhone 6, 64 GB, space gray, NOW!

Take a look at phone arena display comparison. I for one don't want the Note 4. If I was looking for a phablet I would have bought the iPhone 6 Plus not the iPhone 6. The bendgate is a farce, with enough force I can bend my iPad 4 too, I'm sure. The crook from the bending video still didn't explain how come when he was bending the i6+, the phone shows the time 2:26, and after is bent the phone shows the time 1:58. You need to apply an unnatural amount of force to bend the i6+, but the gap on the Note 4 is real, you don't need to do anything to get it;).
Anonymous, 30 Sep 2014Can't read small text on S3. Lol. That's a cute touch to your little fairy tale. So basically... moreYea, a 2 seconds lag is a lot of fun! Sometimes I think the phone didn't register my press on the power button to wake it up, so after 2 seconds I press again, just as the screen lights up, and then switches off following the second press. Cool, huh?
Anon, 30 Sep 2014What a long list of main disadvantagesMost of them are pretty rubbish though. Very nitpicky.

So basically all you really did is go into this head first with a one sided opinion from the start and bash.
Anything the Note has superior you just claimed to be useless.....But every little thing you think is better on the iphone....even if it's not....is so superior and amazing and innovative.
The same old story. Everything the iphone does not have or is not as good at is something useless anyway...until it gets it. Then it's the best there ever was.
The truth is that the Note 4 demolishes the iphone in just about every possible way.
Even the S3 is a much better overall device.
Sure the Iphone will be a little faster and stronger....Great while your sitting their showing your friends how you can open apps a little faster someone will be using the S3 to a more enjoyable true smartphone experience.

Why on earth would anyone pay REAL MONEY for a phone like that?
Also, i am sure that the region lock is part of the reason for Samsungs declining sales and it should be. I dont like iPhone 6 but they work, everywhere, cant say the same about Note 4.

i must admit the performance and camera of the new iphone are amazing.

I haven't used the Note 3, other than minimal testing, but I did have the GS5, which I returned. I've had a few Samsung phones, never been happy with any of them, but keep buying them because I forget after a while... Samsungs also feel cheap in the hand, but maybe you like that.
I have the iPhone 6+. I am telling you, from my experience, it's the best phone I've ever had.
X, 29 Sep 2014"When you compare it with the Note 4, all of those advantages vanished (except the elemen... more I sympathize on your bad experience with the S3, but you can't believe that it would be the same experience with the Note 4, can you? Though the Note's display is pentile, but it's diamond pixel arrangement and QHD resolution make all the difference, and the 'best display' acknowledgment came from displaymate, not me. It's stylus is a great addition, it's like you'd always have a piece of paper with you whenever you need to scribble something quickly, and when I said design I don't mean like a building or a car or something like that, maybe just some things that you need to make or want to create. I'm definitely gonna make good use of it. The multitasking is also much different than the previous versions, it's even more practical now with floating window, it's definitely much better than what the iPhone has to offer. And the virtual reality capability? You must be kidding me comparing it with TV, right? It's been reviewed on various tech sites as awesome. I believe it'll be a different and amazing experience and something unique to the Note 4, I know you'll be thinking like this too once you've tried it yourself. It's also really cheap since Sprint is offering it for just $720, you can even pay just $30/month for two years without a down payment, 32GB with micro sd card extension. With the Android L coming, the phone is going to be even better, super smooth and really fast because of the new ART protocol to replace the old Dalvik. Battery life? You do know that early findings show that it's going to be even more efficient than the 1080p phones, don't you? It's because of the new tech on the display. And it also had the Ultra power saving mode that'll give you 24 hours of juice with just 10% of battery left. One of Android L's biggest advantage will also happen to be power efficiency. And to top it off, the Note 4 also has the fast charging feature that'll make you reach 50% of it's massive battery charged in just 30 minute and 100% in just 70.
So, there, there's nothing that the iPhone has to offer that the Note has not, yet there are plenty more from the Note 4 that the iPhone just simply lacking and doesn't have any answer. Sorry :)
