Yeah, the official term is monopod, not tongsis, my dear friend. But I do agree on htc's move building a smartphone with a front camera with a high megapixel count. That would take great selfies. I mean what's so wrong about having a front camera with the capability to capture hi-resolution photos? Isn't that the point of cameras? To take great pictures?

HTC. Always the best ever. Htc does not popular in my country because they dont know about this brand, what they know only (samsung apple sony)*. They dont know about the quality of htc yet. Once they know, they will stick to it, just like me. My friend that use all samsung,sony or even apple brand, after look at my m8, they are very exciting and want to make a change to htc brand. Many of them want to buy E8 because the perfomance is the same just like the M8 and its cheaper. I tell them HTC means Here's To Change. Haha

Did you know that nowadays selfie people use "tongsis" ("tongkat narsis" in indonesia means "selfie stick for a custom monopod to capture self portrait and/or group portrait). By that extending distance use from tongsis, we can capture large enough people, so high megapixel is very welcome to get the much detail facial expression..
Also we can take selfie with much greater depth and detail of landscape with 13MP. And so on..

I... morePlease do more research before you make bias comments because you obviously don't know what you are talking about. If you read every review online about the iPhone 6 camera... you would find out that it is overall one of the best cameras on a smartphone right now even with only 8MP. The iPhone 6 camera is one of the fastest in the market (autofocus is practically instant), photos come out natural (no tint issues), and it takes very good low light photos (which most smartphones can't even do). Higher MP doesn't always translate into a battery camera. I'm pretty sure your Sybian smartphone's camera is total crap compared to my old Samsung Galaxy S3 camera. My iPhone 6 camera; however, runs circles around my Samsung Galaxy S3 in taking photos.
