Since the iPhone 3G launch (my first smartphone), I've been a dedicated iFanatic, but this is the device that changed all that. My contract payment for the device is already done and I'm gettin' this monster on it's day-1 Canada launch, Oct. 24th. Super pumped!!!! =)
rs1900td, 13 Oct 20142 different phones completely.
But we have a choice.
That's the beauty.
I have samsung tv... moreSee. That's just not true.
And seriously???? IOS is optimized and Android is not? ????
That is complete and utter made up crap by apple fans in order to troll/bash on the Internet and side track arguments.
Kitkat is way more stable and optimized than buggy crashy freezing ios 7 and 8.
Actually the note as you can see from the results is far superior.
When it comes to any other devices. ..yes it purely relies on preference, though you can still determine an overall winner.
When it comes to apple is nothing but an over priced under etched scam.
2 different phones completely.
But we have a choice.
That's the beauty.
I have samsung tv so video from phone is simple plus I can download videos on phone.
My pernter has iphone 6 I'm a note 3 man.
she like that I like mine.
I do not say your is crap neither does she say it to me.
We simple choose what suits us.
I have ipad and galaxy s tab, I pic what I what 1 I want to use for the task needed, but I do mainly use the tab s.
I do have apple tv but it mean I have to switch tv over to use apple tv.
The iPhone is not better and the note 4 is not better.
The iphones os is optimised android is not.
android will optimise in time then there phone won't need so much big spec.
Apple won't run android well at all because of the lesser hardware.
Android will run apple os and show super specs you have never seen b4,
Hence why apple don't need quad chip and so much ram.
as for 64 bit if you think samsung can not introduce it then think again.
Samsung is not just all about phones, so show them some respect.
The cover every device, tv, cameras, all sorts of devices, they tried there hand at phones and failed & triumphed just like apple did.
so in my opinion samsung are without doubt way more experience than apple
but that's not to say that apply are rubbish.
I have both.
Show both companies some respect.
They are here to give us choice, but if you think you know better than both companies then build your own!
Then maybe you will see once and for all,
that it's not as easy as you think it is & put this I'm better than you crap to rest.
kamikazi, 12 Oct 2014super expensive :|u can post that on ip6/plus section... lol

lets compare gn4 and iphone price....
AnonD-126743, 13 Oct 2014Dear X, stop bending!!! You make me laugh really, really loud. Bwhahahaha. You're so funny!! Right lol.
They even want us to believe that their battery charges from 50% to almost 100 in 15 minutes.
I guess that new bend feature has them overly excited and they are still boasting a bit too much.
lolz, 13 Oct 2014Note 4 Octacore with 64-bit can't bats IPhone 6 plus leave alone Snapdragon lol.
PS FYI the... moreWow! So you have used the Exynos version? Or even compared the snapdragon version and iPhone 6?
The only thing it does is show slightly better bench scores in some cases and open apps a tad faster. Wahooo....woopdie doo....
Meanwhile the note does everything else better. Display, camera, functions, multi tasking, battery life, battery charging, durability, stability, obeying your commands, and just everything.....
And it costs less for you to buy!!!! But more for Samsung to make.
While iphone costs apple less to make, but costs you more to buy....
Enjoy sitting around showing your friends that you can open apps a tad faster while everyone else is actually using their phone and getting much better experience out of it.
Dear X, stop bending!!! You make me laugh really, really loud. Bwhahahaha. You're so funny!!
Anonymous, 13 Oct 2014i agree with u...we should have an option black themes on touchwizI agree on this as well.
Sure making it white looks "better/more professional" whatever.
Though it does show how efficient the new Amoled panels are.
But they should have an option for black.

Jovan, 13 Oct 2014You seem to forget that the Note 4 has to feed over two times more resolution every single tim... moreNote 4 Octacore with 64-bit can't bats IPhone 6 plus leave alone Snapdragon lol.
PS FYI the only Android phone beats IPhone 6 and 6 plus the upcoming the beast NEXUS 6 get your fact right.
Anonymous, 12 Oct 2014Benchmarks are not important. However the fact that the iPhone 6 plus beat the Note 4 despite ... moreSnapdragon will never going to be better than Apple custome chipset period.
Iphone 6 plus betas note 4 due to the 64-bit architecture, better software optimization plus the IOS take the whole advantages of hardware unlike Android, so imagine if Iphone comes with quad core and 2 GB of Ram?!
Gibby, 13 Oct 2014Can't wait to try this thing. It does seem like a better deal for your $ than the iPhone 6+. Sorry ppl i played with note 4 3 times iphone 6 plus way better in terms of screen, performance, camera (colors looks weird on note 4 camera).
Jovan, 13 Oct 2014Six times more of processing capacity? :D Do you think to calculate the processing power is a ... moreHold your horses, will you? Take it as you want, there is a huge difference in the apparent available processing power between the Note 4 and the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus and the fact that the iPhone still outperforms the Note 4 with a large margin in some benchmarks, while being very, very close in the others, is nothing short of a technical wonder.Just imagine the iPhone 6 Plus with the hardware features of the Note 4.
Battery life? Note 4 is rated at 87 hours here while the iPhone 6 Plus at 79, hours. While this is 10% less, is not that big of the difference, you'll practically have to charge them both at the same time, in normal use.
The freedom you mention is also on the iPhone. I never once connected to the iTunes(or to a PC for that matter) with it, I will when I will do a backup. I did the same with my SGS 3. Customisation? If you talk about widgets, OK, I give you that, is nice to have them on the home screen, but with regard to functionality it doesn't matter if you have them on the home screen or on the notification screen like in the iPhone. You'll still have to scroll to get to the one you want.
Multi windows? I had them on my SGS 3, I disabled them as I don't need them. Stylus? Again, I never felt the need for one, and those who have, they have the option to buy one for the iPhones too.
About the screen. You can't say the iPhone screen lacks anything. In fact, I noticed that while with my SGS 3 I had problems seeing the screen properly in strong daylight, with the iPhone it never happened.Productivity? I use my phone ONLY for taking pictures and videos, browsing the internet when something else is not available, playing games, and calling. For pictures I have the Manual app that gives me full control of the camera(ISO, exposure, white balance, while the histogram is shown in real time) for the videos I have a very powerful editing tool(iMovie), browsing the internet is the fastest on any phone, as shown by benchmarks and comparison videos, and about the games, they were always better on the iOS. Even about calling, now I can take a call on my iPad, which I use when I'm at home, without the need to pick up the phone. Also there is a big difference in quality between Facetime and Skype(I use both), with Facetime being miles ahead. About file transfers. Well excuse me, but have you heard about wi-fi, cloud storage, all kind of messengers and e-mail? Who needs a USB connection these days, except for backups? My photo camera(Sony Nex 5R) has the wifi transfer function, so no need for cables there. Extra sdCard slot? A class 10 card has a minimum transfer speed of 10 MB/s, while the Flash on the iPhone 90MB/s. How much would cost a 48GB(the difference to 64 from 16) sdCard with the same speed? On the iPhone the difference is only 100 bucks. When you have over one thousand of photos in your gallery, as I had on my old SGS 3(over 1700), scrolling them is very slow if they are stored on a sdCard even class 10. Oh, and BTW, you can use the iPhone 6 Plus with one hand if needed(double tap on the home button) while for the Note 4 you really need two hands.
AnonD-77443, 13 Oct 2014I wouldn't say the GN4 is crazily expensive. Here in Australia the 32GB GN4 is AU$859 (whic... morehere in my country gn4 sell for $787 and i ll get samsung extra battery kit for free too.... splendid offer.... :)
