It's only me who thinks that this would be perfect last year?
One Alpha with 4.3" 720p would be a better deal, and it's sucessor would be free to this 4.7" screen, but 1080p res.
Would Apple launch 5S and 5 Plus in this scenario?

Because the Xperia Z3 Compact doesn't have the fingerprint it does not mean it's a weaknesses! It's just an additional feature, it is not so necessary for the daily use.

For 500$ you get the best, or close to the best in every area. Nothing came close to the package you get for the price! Nothing!
I didn't feel excited like that with a phone for last 10 years!

ALPHA didnt came out to be battling any phone (it was never the ideia, it isnt even needed) its just a more appealing phone after the S5. Samsung is destroying the other companies since S3, and its all you need to have a better equipmente then any other iphone 5 or whatever. Its a shame when people talk about what they dont know :/

Would be nice if they would've also shown the difference in price with the z3 compact. Here in holland you only pay €489,- for the z3 compact and for the alpha you pay €595,- the iphone in 16gb is €699,-
I think thats much of a difference for phones that are almost equally equipped. But i think it depends on what you want from a phone. For me the z3 compact ticks all the boxes and i would buy that phone. But all of the are to small for me now. I get cramps in my hand if i use it in one hand. A z1 was ok in size but the screen is to small.

Just took a existing idea and product, put a ridiculous price to it and made look "premium".
And the waited for people to give in the money.
And if it weren't for android you will still have the features of ios 4.

i bought Alpha few days ago. it feels better in hand than Xperia. In my country iPhone costs 350$ more than Alpha.
Only bad thing for alpha is battery life. starting day at 8am and with a lot of calling, web browsing, email writing, at 10pm battery left at 10%.
