"The iPhone 6 Plus brings beefier specs"
I had been using Samsung's Flagship SmartPhones (both S Series and Note Series) for years, and now I'm using Note 4; and I also had been using iPhone series (from iPhone4s to iPhone 6 Plus). They are all lovely and powerful phones.
Yet, in my daily activities in which smartphone is needed to play its important roles to handle from the lightest tasks up to the heaviest duties, OVERALL, Samsung Flagships Family always give the MUCH BETTER RESULTS by doing the BEST JOBS. Well Done and Thank You, Samsung!
well i have the note 4 and i think its better than the iphone 6 plus or even 6 because just look at the feutures and looks in the note 4 is better than iphone 6 so boo-hoo iphone 6 . can you tell me what do you think is better.
note 4 '"
"Its faster shutter speeds are nice on paper but the photos have noticeably less detail."
Are you kidding? I've zoomed Iphone 6 photos, with the best interpolation of Photoshop, for get the same zoom compared Samsung Note 4, and Samsung Note WINS a lot on details! Obviously if you zoom out also a 320x200 image it's better :D

For me,the ideal android phone is the one that will not drained your pocket simply bcos one crave for a smart phone. In this regard,i vote for Samsung galaxy note4. Bought mine in Nigeria at half cost of what is obtainable in SA. NOTE 4 all d way. Strong, btful n reliable android
May be this, 6plus, is the phone without Samsung's cpu and memory but they again agreed to use Samsung parts. Actually why apple sales so expensive prices while it collects parts by different companies in soo cheap prices (BOM is just around $250 ie less than Samsung) and less features ? Because of more beautiful than Samsung ?
I reckon that i phone series were best of all and now they are.samsung products just go for camera details and recording.in contrast if you wanna have a very fast smart phone which gives you the highclass product sensation ;be sure to choose i phone.it has more power to process and perform multitasking programs with a remarkable speed . a metal body is something makes you sure about strength of your products.you can see the advantages in the comparison records.
rushing into buying an expensive apple 6 and latter finding out that there's a cheap note4 offering better spec than apple 6, how painful. I think apple is yielding sweet comments out of pain. Blunt speaking, I agree that in this world of technology, APPLE IS THREE YEARS BEHIND --via note 4--
I have Note 4 for 3 weeks and when I read that it lags, I can't believe it. Maybe it is cause I own Exynos version (EU) and I think that is much smoothier than Snap in US. So be informed that Note 4 Exynos is the beast - fast, smooth and great phone (non rooted, stock touchwizz). I do not plan to root it for the very first time owning Samsung device :)
It is interesting how passionate people get in these conversations, and passion gets in the way of reason. The article you just read was very even handed and looked at these devices in a very technical unemotional way. There are clear advantages and disadvantages to both devices. What it comes down to is preference in Operating Systems. I happen to use both Apple and Android. For android users: we must except that there are issues with fragmentation, and the user experience isn't always quite as polished, or predictable for that matter, you can deny this all you want but it is the truth whether admit it or not. For IOS fans: We must understand that although Apple makes a good and consistent product, there are many things to be said about the advantages of a more open platform like android. In fact much of what Apple has been doing is really playing catch up with Android. Let's not be so closed minded or dare I say smug, and Androids user experience has improved quite a bit, in fact my personal experience with recent IOS updates has been quite a bit more Buggy than in the past, so that gap is really closing. Let's keep an open mind people and remember that in spite of what these would have you belive; You are not defined by the phone you have.
I own both devices and I got to say they both have their merits. The only reason why I have both devices is because I can't decide which one to keep. I am a devoted Android user but I also have to give Apple some credit when it deserves it.
I love my Galaxy Note 4 but as many have already mentioned, it lags. Plenty of times already I have had the feeling of throwing the phone across the room because of it. Keyboard at times takes forever to pop up, camera app takes a while to open, jumping back to home screen takes a while, etc. I do not suffer these same issues with the iPhone 6 Plus.
In functionality and performance the 6 Plus wins, but again I am an Android user and tend to miss the customizations and extra features Android provides me. In the end I am selling my Note 4 and keeping the 6 Plus even though I feel like I'm downgrading. I'm doing this because iOS is in fact more stable than what Samsung is offering me with the Note 4.
