Those phones have so much lag and feel a... moreTrue because each manufacturer shoves a poopload of useless software along with android. Stock android from google should work flawlessly though. My S3 mini with Lollipop custom rom that is based on AOSP has less lag compared to my lg g3 (with 3gb ram).

I'd add some cons for LG G3 and Samsung Galaxy Alpha. I wouldn't choose 2GB/16GB version of LG G3 because it lags and stutters (with occasional resets), LG failed to fix it (Lollipop update doesn't change much). About the Alpha - did you forget about tiny battery?

WP8 in other hand got a little bit heavy and it's not exactly smooth in 735 or 830 (stutters occasionally, loosing animation frames, some apps need even 5s to open).

Buying Android on the low end is such a huge mistake. Those phones have so much lag and feel almost painful to use. WP8 is far smoother and responsive on low end devices.
