I like this phone until 20 days ago, after a system update by itself. The problems are:
1. Bluetooth not working.
2. Wifi can not get signal.
3. Battery drain fast.
To resolve, I called Asus warranty support, I connected my phone to the computer and they performed a test, informed me that there is a security problems with my phone, even if I buy a new phone, I will end up having the same problem. I need to pay $200.00 US to a Company to firewall my phone. I don't think it is the problem, therefore, I preform three times factory reset, wiped out the everything, logically, it should work again, but I was wrong, it is even worse. The problems now are:
1. Bluetooth still not working correctly. If I want wifi work, I need to restart the phone.
Bluetooth still disconnect by itself if the phone feels like. Then I have to re-start again.
2. Wifi works when it feels like.
3. Re-start issues, it is a brand new factory reset, but one out of three times restart, it will run into bootloop, it then needs at least 4 hours to boot it up.
Conclusion:
1. Terrible warranty and support service.

my asus zenfone 2 goes into trouble just now, it keep on 'vibrating', the screen went off, look alike the water goes into the engine...i tried to pull out the battery but the battery is lock in the phone body. almost 3 hours it keep on vibrating...it's stop all incoming/outgoing calls/sms/so on.

Other than the battery life and picture quality nothing about this phone is good.

I bought asus zenfon 2 ZE551ML (4GB RAM 64GB) Dec 2016. Offer Price RM699. in the box only charger and usb cable. Phone Dealer said screen protector. phone flip cover and earphone buy seperately. Normally they are given free for other phone.
The space bar is close with the home button. Always accidently go to home when typing.
The power switch need to press hold more than 5 second to on/off phone. is this normal.

Asus zenfone 2 laser> This is a replacement phone under warranty after experiencing intermittent severe garbled voice audio on calls ..,.and now this ******! phone is doing the exact same thing not what I expected from ASUS! would welcome any suggestions as to the cause . I am on T-Mobile and in order to try and cure the problem have switched sim cards and tried both 2 and 3G bands alas without success. T-Mobile engineers insist its the phone.

I just bought asus zenfone 2 4gb a month ago.
This the first time I used asus a smartphone.
Overall this smartphone is suitable for working people.
Amazing with the fast charging, its help me a lot.
The other feature is standard. But compare with other famous brand with asus zenfone 2 specification and prize, I think asus zenfone 2 is the winner.
