It doesn't have video calling feature
Only 4 GB Internal storage
And very difficult to select sim while calling
Very difficult to check balance using USSD codes because it has only one call key.

All things are gud except one thing that is that we cannot change storage to external from internal through phone we have to connect it to system and 3g model phone is slow so its btr to take LTE model phone and it's taking a lot time to charge up the battery but best budget phone ever

The latest system update was good. Made system apps an apps more stable. Since, moto e2 is only 1.2 ghz. Slow in some aspects. If you do big transfer or task that needs more memory. It'll shut your music player off to handle the process. Even, with quad core for handling multitasking. Well, GHz speed and quad core/ type of core go hand in hand to balance each other out. To prevent crashes or hangups in app/system experience.

If you leave your mobile on an put it in your pocket. It'll pocket dial or interfere with music app by skipping songs or pausing. Just by the mobile bumping around in the pocket. Frustrated. Maybe, it's the screen protector.

I am using moto e 2 gen since last month BT I m not satisfied with phone as battery backup is poor without gaming or net surfing and if btry drains it takes about 30 min to restart th phone. Processor is bit slow and phone user friendly. Network connectivity is also not good and I haven't used any music or FM yet so I can't say anything. I am strongly disappointed with this phone. I am searching for some new phone.

I personally hate it when i cant remove the battery in my phone. I grabbed this 2nd gen white moto e @$74.xx thought for sure it would be a keeper until i realized the camera has no flash and the battery wasnt removable. Returned that and got me the LG G STYLO so far vreat phone. LOVE IT $161.99 AFTER TAX.

It is a good phone I am using moto e 2nd gen from 1 month it does not gives any problem I think I will use this phone for 1 year white colour is attractive and gives rich look my opinion is this is a good phone you should buy it and use then you will understand what I am saying is correct or not
