PureLuke, 23 May 2015What's the battery life for your test unit on average use? First of all the camera is the best in my experienced screen is really good vivid bright and does have a good viewing angles direct to sun light at noon time is still very visible.

Speaker is really loud and good sound clear and deep.
The phone size is fit to me easy to grip and the leather back feels great

The battery as based on my daily tasks which are about internet browsing for more than hour , sending about 30 SMS , watched YouTube videos for an hour and playing games COC and temple ran 2 for an hour I got still 40% of my battery and after I woke up its downed to 29% so all in all I easily managed more than a day.

It good battery.

Anonymous, 22 May 2015It's a downgrade for people who value battery life.Exactly. And screen brightness, and screen to body ratio....

This is the third generation in a row that LG fails as much. Worse ergonomics than last generation (thicker bezels), worse battery and when compared to LG G2 (the best in the series) worse gaming performance and barely better general performance (due to the higher needs produced by the higher resolution).

So to sum up: LG G2 (a phone two generations behind this) has better battery, better gaming performance, equivalent general performance, smaller bezels, better ergonomics and there's one thing -just one- that loses handily:worse camera.

So if you'd love yourself a great camera buy this phone, if you care less about cameras and more about the rest buy LG G2, like 1/3rd of the prize and better in most things.

Seriously companies should increase their upgrade cycle to 2 years. That way we'd get better software for longer and on the hardware side we'd actually get imprpvements. This phone is a disgrace and a money-grab...

Hmm, not very happy about the battery life. I guess the quantum display takes a big toll on the less than capable snapdragon 808. I don't care about removable batteries or microSD cards if I can't even reach a day on a single charge with my average use. Shame, really.

I'm very disappointed. Not the g3 I've been waiting for.
2014 processor&gpu, larger and thicker than g3,worse battery life(which was horrible in g3,to begin with),debatable improvements on screen quality, camera doesn't bring improvements in every are (bitrate is subpar),inadequately positioned loudspeaker, still childish UI,worse audio quality,no FM radio... Even with all these niggles,it isn't the worst 2015 flagship (m9 proudly holds the throne). I hate this year!!

I really wanted to get this one but it has super poor battery it seems...worse than the M9 or even the Zenfone 2 and also the screen has poor outside legibility just like the other 2 mentioned. It's tricky for me as I don't want to go S6 (also I don't like Apple). Any advices which to get from those three:

1.M9
2.Zenfone 2
3.Idol 3

P.S. I need a good sreen and good battery life. I don't play 3d games on it. Hearthstone will be the most complex game I will play.

I have seen this phone, saw it yesterday - it was amazing - love at first sight, the camera is really good, and the leather back covers are sexy! Changeable battery is definitely an advantage

Friendlycare, 22 May 2015And what's your point? We already know note 4 has bigger and better battery. Why comparing ?... moreflex is better only 2hrs in video playback, and with 18/20hours its not significant, but lgFlex HDscreen vs. note4 QHD isnt.

Someone is definitely trying too hard to impress others about this phone.

But the problem is people can read as they aren't blind.
