Do yourself a favor and buy any brand other than Motorola. Not only is the quality bad but the customer service gets worse. Just after 3 months of using this phone the bottom speaker grille became loose. Mind you that I had it in a case since I bought it and never dropped once. So I gave customer service a call and they told me send it to them and they would send a replacement. I send it to them only to receive a couple weeks later with the issue still present, I thought they promised a replacement. Not only did they not send a replacement but they took my original box. So I call them again and they specifically told me that the previous representative did not know what they were talking about and the device was eligible for only a repair. They gave a few options, either send it back again and write detailed information of what is to be fixed or send a replacement (refurbished) for $25. Now why would I do this for a refurbished phone when I paid $350 for a brand new one? So I opted for it to be repaired again. A week later comes back the same way except with a sticker on the screen. NO FIX AGAIN! I called third time to talk to the supervisor and he told me that my case was going to be escalated (whatever that meant) and told me to send it back this time for a replacement. I did so and its been 2 weeks I have not heard anything about my "replacement". I just called them today and the supervisor told me they were out of stock on phones. How can a phone maker be "out of stock" on a phone?? I've been dealing with this for almost 2 months now and I am just frustrated. I had to go buy another phone just to use while this one is getting "repair or replaced or whatever". If they can't even fix a small piece of plastic that just needs to be glued on then I really do not know what kind of people they have working there. I will say that the phone's performance is good but however the build is just bad. I always heard motorola customer service is good but my experience is enough to tell me to stay away from these guys.
Its end of sept and no sign of release in india.Moto X Style gotta release soon as Nexus is releasing on 29th.It willbbe a tough comparison.

AnonD-247757, 06 Aug 2015Looks like a great phone though...Hope the 32gb isn't too much more than the 16gb.You can put a MicroSD card in it up to 128GB, so you dont need the 32GB model. It will be much better to get the 16GB model and then buy a speedy SD card from a trusted brand.
AnonD-222770, 28 Jul 201511.1 mm thickness? 5.7" huge screen? No OIS? Goodbye Moto..It's from 6.1 to 11mm thick in order to contour to your hand with an easy hand grip of the phone. This is an advantage for consumer... And you should be glad Motorola have this feature to think for the customer.
I am definitely buying Moto X Style.
Bye Bye boring Samsung.
Nick, 29 Jul 2015Almost certainly a single one. Every tech site I follow reports so, and there's no mention of ... moreLooks like a great phone though...Hope the 32gb isn't too much more than the 16gb.

I very much prefer this over the one plus two. One plus two killer is what this glorious phones is. I want very much this moto x style. I want today. Take my money.
Moto x Style is a winner all the way! Only thing is it should be available in August.
The Moto X Style supports 4k video recording. Also there is 4 IR sensors on the front face to give you true touch less controls.
