Poor battery backup... with over heating on using mobile data and while charging. Not worth for the money

Totally disappointed with my oneplusone.
recently an update from cynogen12 to cynogen12.1, now it is hell. My oneplusone keeps restarting,
Customer care support is useless. None is picking up the call.
Even if u get it free, plz reject it.
I enjoyed using oneplusone phone. But now I am totally frustrated with this phone. Junk Chinese phone. Dont go with these jokers 5 rank and useless stupid fancy idiot loose talk and buy any Chinese mobile.

Hi,
Using the phone from a month now and apart from occasional heating issue its worth a money. Yes learnt that it comes with single speaker and other slot only for design consistency. Heating issue can also be resolved by latest update and factory restore.
Gallery is not available but can be managed for workaround. Rest is fun.

I Bought an oneplus two on 14/Oct/15. Today I noticed that no effect in my oneplus two left side speaker output.
When I closed the right side speaker with thumb, I could not felt and hear the left side speaker effect.
PLEASE FRIENDS IF ANYONE FACING THE SAME, KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE
