You have move all data from device memory to a external storage.
You cab also free device memory by moving installed apps to sd card storage.

If it still displaying "Only Emergy call" means your phone either isn't configured yet, at least not the right way or you're using a second hand cell phone which you need to configure with the original email address it was setup initially.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy j5 but almost two month I'm not able to call or to receive a call or message due to the appeared the word emergency call at the top of my phone so what is problem because it make me furious

Worst phone ever not enough storage grrrrr. Most of the pre downloaded appss I never use. So only good for ringing from. My Galaxys4 Mini has better storage. Really disappointed Samsung😠😠😠😠
