If you go to camera samples and video samples comparison tool you will discover that M5 is delivering a great photos and videos. It is really Super Mid-ranger, It is really Sony.

I want to buy this phone....however after it's price drop and final firmware ...The softness around the edges doesn't matter..Obviously you are not taking the pictures around the corner and the main is going to be in the center..So Y won't u care about the edges...I doesn't understand that if it is said autofocus in video are sharp or not...

Moore Welsch, 17 Sep 2015I have doubt with processor. Isn't Mediatek = mediocre ?I agree with you. But this company (mediatek) has worked hard enough for their latest offering so it (Hello X10) gets so much praise and anticipation. Surely a comparison with its SnapDragon counterpart (generation wise, not cost wise) would prove interesting. I in particular are very interested in its "no heating" claim so it'll have to compete with the 820.

Manufacturers hand almost stable devices to them so that a hype can be created for the device using the reviews. So, sony is also at fault and its not just gsmarena a lot of tech bloggers get to review these devices

It seems the quality of the lenses are not that good, to me. Even without GSMA mentioning it, the sudden circular band of unsharpness is rather obvious.
