Bought one in Thailand for use in the uk. The 4g works on the O2 network but not on ee. Causes phone to crash for a few seconds and uses a lot of battery. Battery life brilliant with 4g swithed off,
No led to warn you of missed calls or waiting mail. Otherwise great phone.

im not understanding when i come out of the app i,e watsapp or hike... ill not get any mess frm anyone inspite of being online, its show offline or last seen n if i go to the app then ill get all the mess... can u plz ans to ma qurries... plzzz

Hi there..i bougth a Samsumg J7 and i am confused evertime i switch it on because theres a message tjat say net work is locked need pin and when i sent sms it says thw message will be sent later and it does not.what will i do to unlock the network? even in My Roaming sin its not working to this phone.
I am.looki g forwad con tour immediate response.

I recommend not to buy Samsung J7 DUOS, It's not Functioning well while using "Always Ask" function for SIM Manager. Cellphone gets restart everytime while calling.

Bought Samsung J7 on the 4th Febuary 2016. Let me tell you that the battery back up is the worst I have expeeianced in the smart phones that I have used. The battery is the most pathetic. The so called 3000 Mah works like a 1500 Mah battery. There have been other issues but this battery issue is the worst. Going to the Service Centre in Nehru Place, let's see what they say.
