I would Just Like to say this was very great reading the comments always is lol

But have you any idea how annoying would it be downloading each and every song and video every time if you need to lísten or watch continuously say fòr 1 hour.. Can your money buy back the time you wasted for this even if yot are on a faster network. Whereas you get instant access to everything on an sd card including uninterrupted music and video for hours . What you gonna do when you need to download sone thing inportant from cloud but out of network area. In my opinion cloud storage is only good for storing something that need more privacy and security than on the phone itself and for things you dont need very often. You are just a hardcore fan covering up iphone's weaknesses.

ya and iphone always did that.
When is everyone just going to get over the fact that phones are very personal devices and we all use them for different purposes? iPhones do what the iFans want them do to and Android does what Droidfans want them to do? Comparing such vastly different OS and hardware philosophies is pointless. They should just reduce this website to a Yes or No format for features and functions of each phone and whether users like it. You'd probably get more useful information across than people arguing optimisation over raw power or what's best between an open or closed OS. Each have their pros and each have their cons just pick one that best suits what YOU want out of a phone and grow the hell up.
I like nd love apple phone alot but i cant aford when i save money 4 ds even i cant buy becz its expensive plz do som give us low price

I will admit this is by far the best iPhone ever produced and I'm pleased you guys finally have some long awaited upgrades but that base 16GB model is a joke. It'll be great for those that want their iPhone for being a phone but it is NOT enough storage. I appreciate that the GPU is great for developers and it's cool that apps and games can and will be rendered quickly and with more elements, etc but it's no real use to the general public who will eat up the base storage option (usually as the pricing for higher levels of storage are silly) which won't allow for much when it comes to the great stuff these developers will produce.

Apple has demurred in the face of competition and produced a phone with superfluous features that would've been more palatable had the status of the smartphone market not been so tenuous.

Of course it is, it gives developers whole new playground to play with and they showed the preview in keynote what is possible with all that power and 3d touch
Anonymous, 02 Oct 2015I don't see any problems with 2+ year old androids. As long as it is running 4.0 it'll be fine.Whaa...? Sure they are fine with 4.X.X, but a lot of those droids that are still running 4.X.X are absolutely capable of running Lollipop, if not Marshmallow. One X, Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy Nexus, just to name a few. Face it, Android update cycle sucks. Google and other OEMs just don't bother to update their devices.
Take Nexus 4 for example, its hardware is more than capable of handling Marshmallow, yet Google apparently just cba to update it and decided it should just stick to Lollipop for the rest of its life. Same case as Note 3, One M7, and S4, the other three mainstream devices of 2013. We even got to see how Motorola just decided not to update their last year's flagship and this year's budget device from Marshmallow, even though their hardware are far from obsolete.
Anonymous, 03 Oct 2015bro that comparison is by real world tests. use all those device then come and talk. As if we have some synthetic benchmark of how fast a mobile fingerprint scans a finger...
Fear, 03 Oct 2015Nice article and good explanation of how the 8 cores are distributing the workload.
But as i ... moreWhat they have done in that article is how things works in real life under normal usages.
And a CPU with 8 cores can use much lesser power than a CPU with 2 CPU-cores. Not only that, but the Exynos 7420 CPU that is in my Galaxy S6 edge+ is generating much lesser heat over the Galaxy Note 4 with the Snapdragon 805 that i also have. And the more heat generated the more power it will use.
You are correct that it's not a "true" 8 core CPU as it's a Dual Quad-Core CPU. But all 8 CPU-cores can be used when needed.
And the thing you said about Samsung pushing the speed to the maximum under benchmarks. I find it funny that you actually are saying that, because find me any benchmark applications for a computer with Windows that isn't pushing everything on the CPU or GPU to the limit?
The reason i'm saying this is because it's normal that a benchmark application is pushing everything on a computer or whatever to the maximum speeds and so on.
Or are you saying it's cheating to utilize the speeds the CPU and GPU comes out of the box with?
And no, i'm not fooled by anything because i'm enough technical and expert on the field of computers and smartphones. I buy the phones that let's me decide how i'm gonna use my phone. Peronalization is the most important thing for me as i'm not gonna be comfortable with things i can't personalize.
Lol, gpu beating ps3 and xbox 360 by raw performance, if we will have another long lasting console generation, after couple of years it will catch up with xbox one :D
AnonD-362866, 02 Oct 2015iOS gaming... Vs. Android gaming. Really? You wanna get into this? LmaoAnd if you want to get into it Android gaming isn't limited to what's just on the dedicated app store ;)

AnonD-362866, 02 Oct 2015iOS gaming... Vs. Android gaming. Really? You wanna get into this? LmaoIn fact, no. I'm more referring to the fact that these phones run phone games and 90% of what people will do with these phones is based on social networking/communication. Such a beefy GPU isn't really that needed. Sure it helps with 4k video processing, etc but it's still overpowered for the device. Like the CPU is great but all that computing power is going to be used for some guy to send a picture of his wang to some girl (or boy let's not discriminate) on Snapchat.
