Honest Realist, 02 Oct 2015iOS gaming... Vs. Android gaming. Really? You wanna get into this? LmaoAnd if you want to get into it Android gaming isn't limited to what's just on the dedicated app store ;)
rheggiey, 02 Oct 2015Did you own both of those? I'm using both note4 and 6s, I tell you 6s is far ahead of note4. ... moreOf course the Note is going to get hotter. It has to produce graphics for 4 times the amount of pixels.

Honest Realist, 02 Oct 2015iOS gaming... Vs. Android gaming. Really? You wanna get into this? LmaoIn fact, no. I'm more referring to the fact that these phones run phone games and 90% of what people will do with these phones is based on social networking/communication. Such a beefy GPU isn't really that needed. Sure it helps with 4k video processing, etc but it's still overpowered for the device. Like the CPU is great but all that computing power is going to be used for some guy to send a picture of his wang to some girl (or boy let's not discriminate) on Snapchat.

Robbief, 03 Oct 2015What are peoples thoughts on Screen Protector for the iPhone 6S and does it effect the Touch 3... moreA fella said it doesn't affect 3D touch that much.
"I have a glass protector since day one and it has not interfered with the usage of 3D touch at all. If anything I have had to push ever so slightly harder but nothing severe or worth taking it off"

What are peoples thoughts on Screen Protector for the iPhone 6S and does it effect the Touch 3D function?
I have ordered an Edge To Edge Glass Screen Protector like what I had on my last iPhone 6 from the same company Screen Protectors UK but I am wondering now if it will affect the 3D Touch function what do you think?
This is the one that I had bought previously - http://screenprotectors.co.uk/shop/iphone/iphone-6s-full-edge-to-edge-black-tempered-glass-screen-protector-2/ - Will it be ok to use?
Fear, 03 Oct 2015Nice article and good explanation of how the 8 cores are distributing the workload.

But as i ... moreNo. The benchmark is written to use all cores. And duh not all 8 cores need to run at all times.

But as i said in my previous post, these things are theoretical and on paper they sound perfect.
In reality those "advances" 8 core chips are super power hungry with constant heating issues where throttling is often used to keep them from melting.
Practically it is not true 8 core processor in 80% of the time your phone is using one or two cores to preserve battery life. But when they detect a benchmark app like GeekBench
OEMs like Samsung has dirty trick waking up all those cores an clocks them to their maximum speed just to squeeze better results. Then fooled customers like you are buying their junk.
No hard feelings mate but you are the one who has no idea what is talking about.

summit, 03 Oct 2015so the 3d touch is most likely a Longggggggg press with menus.. its kinda new. :) 3D touch recognises the pressure of the touch in an instant - you don't have to press the screen for a such a long time at all.
so the 3d touch is most likely a Longggggggg press with menus.. its kinda new. :)
Enrique, 03 Oct 2015Just imagine you ran out of your phone's intenal memory after installing some apps and games. ... moreIt was never designed for people who can't afford data, that's not its target market. For 3cents a day you get 50GB iCloud storage basically though which is beyond affordable, but if you don't wanna go that route stop crying and get yourself at least a 64GB version. And if you don't want to put the cash in, there are over 1200 android manufacturers who do all kinds of stuff that would suit your needs, why not go support them? They need it.
SoWhAt249, 02 Oct 2015Magic man... Just kidding, CPU design and OS optimization doing their job as they should...Thanks for the info :) I really thought they use UFS 2.0. Now, i have to search which in better in term of performance.
