AnonD-259759, 16 Oct 2015Conclusion, Samsung battery life is indeed worse than its predecessor and 4MP differences is a lot.Note 5 has very good battery life. most of the time i can get through the day with 6hrs sot.

Galaxy 6s edge way ahead of Apple in this comparison.
Apple better luck next year with iPhone 7.

Good review but there is faaar too much weight given to individual aspects of camera & video , while design, hardware etc is all lumped in together for a single point? C'mon, it's like this:
Design, feel, button placement, screen-size, hand-comfort, weight: 1 point.
Speaker volume: 1 point
Speaker sound quality: 1 point
Still standard images: 1 point
Still HDR images: 1 point
Panorama mode: 1 point
Still Low-light images: 1 point
Standard video: 1 point
Stablized video: 1 point
Low-light video: 1 point
I mean seriously?? 8 different "points" for bascially one general aspect of the phone, where design/build/appearance/feel are all bundled up into one? Really makes the "scores" in this thing meaningless. I would never choose a phone based on any of those 8 separate points alone, or any combination of those 8, since they all do the job well enough, just perhaps not theeee best. But I would certainly favour one or the other based only on Weight, or Design, or button placement, or width.. etc etc. GSMArena, I love the in-depth-ness of your reviews, but pleeeeease if you're going to keep scores, make them meaningful....

Whether you are Apple or Google hardcore fans or not, it is NO-BRAINER to think that Apple iPhone 6S Plus was better than a Samsung S6 Edge Plus.
To me, Samsung S6 Edge Plus is the truly and only winner and the King Smartphone of 2015. Perhaps Apple iPhone 6S Plus just settled for a runner-up?

The CPU contest winner should be Samsung even Apple A9 chipset is a real beast. Because Samsung design and manufacture its own CPU based on ARM architecture. Apple design the CPU with stealing the CPU patent from University of Wisconsin without paying them.

LG V10 the best the &#^@ you're talking about? there's not even a proper review of the V10 on this website, it's still too early to say.
V10 sure looks good, but S808 is not even close to exynos in performance. it's just...not.
Also, LG UI is a virus by itself. (well samsung has it's lagwiz, I guess they should just focus on software).
V10 seems good, but don't get crazy about it.

Anonymous, 16 Oct 2015only the LG V10 can beat the samsung galaxy s6 edge + LG V10 the best LG V10 is a beast. One of the primary advantages of Edge + is how small and light it is for its screen size. Truly the only phone amidst phablets, everybody else , especially V10 are true phablets, very big to use. Also Qualcomm vs Exynos, Exynos wins every time. Lastly the screen, for better or worse Samsung is ahead of everybody else. By sticking to the much beleaguered oled tech (which was always the best tech anyway) lead them to have the best screens by far)...
