AnonD-9000, 21 Oct 2015nonono....htc copied aluminium unibody from ipod touch 5th genNO i think you'll find you're wrong, not to mention that other devices have had similar shapes in the past.
Apple at the end of the day are the ones who copy everyone and then call it innovation.
Look at their "New" (lol, new my foot) task manager, please don't tell me that isn't ripped straight out of vanilla android. Because it is.
It's unbelievable expensive!
HTC M9 = 399 € High-End Devive
HTC ONE A9 = 579 € Middleclass Smartphone

We want Peter Chou back... At least company had its unique design and recognition.
even without front facing speakers....the bezel still big as hell
I've bought my One S back in May 2012.
For a 3+ year old phone, it still works brilliantly in nearly all aspects. (Of course, now the battery won't last more than 24hs, but what the hell.)
Being loyal to HTC, for none of their phones I had (Touch, Desire and One S) has ever let me down, I've been waiting for those guys to produce something on the same level of the One S.
Having seen the One A9, I feel it's finally time to retire my phone.
You lads from GSMArena were spot on there.
SDKforLumia, 21 Oct 2015Nope. IPhone and Meizu MX5 just gave a basterd child. lolz
Fingerprint sensor should've been placed on the back with stereo speakers upfront. Otherwise just LOVE the concept of balanced specs meeting gorgeous design and a simplified interface. So bored with ever increasing screen diagonals and this blind obsession with specs. Well done HTC.

Now where are all those people who said that LG V 10 was too tall for a 5.7" display phone??

If HTC wants to recapture the market, it isn't the One series they need to reboot, it's the Desire series. The original HTC Desire aka Nexus One was still the best phone they ever made and their departure from it, relegating it to low and mid range status, has been the catalyst for their precipitous downfall. Stop making gargantuan phones and start making real phones again that are easy to hold and use in the hand.
They messed up it so bad with the poor chipset and mostly unseen gigantic bezels.. I wish for a true One S successor. With a processor ahead of its time but inexpensive.
Anonymous, 21 Oct 2015expensive but middle range specs.. disappointing...What is your opinion about iphone 6 specs and price. Definitely, specs are mid range. You should go with any china phone with high end specs and low price. And change phone in each year. Hello man, I am using HTC one M7 since 2013, till now its a tank. Many times it dropped from bike but still rock. I love HTC for Build quality, optimistic sound clarity and obviously for its awesome user interface...
