not the first and for sure not the last time i see battles of brand new phones against old phones. so kinda the biggest reason i cant use these reviews for anything... but would have been nice to see those 2 against the new s6 edge plus or note 5.

1.Poor battery life
2.Great screen with zero practicality.. you cant make much difference out of viewing a 1080p/2k screen but on paper sounds gr8.
3.It does hang.
4.The damn volume rockers and lock screen buttons lose the tactile feedback .This has happened with a lot of units ,even my replacement has this problem now ,but with d lock screen key alone

gsmarena editors just had to do this...anyway i know they cant help themselves they like samsung to much to let the iphone and Z5 to get all the glory and fan adoration so once again the S6 is touted as a practical daily phone which is not the case. on a real world usage my sony erricson satio is more usable than this S6 in almost every way as a phone and as a camera and yes on megapixels its higdoher than the iphone its above 12 megapixels and its years older and its above and beyond the iphone ten fold. so now yeah for those who have old phones just a simple daily usage test and u'll realise that what is sold as flagships this days is nothing more than any regular cellphone just like those in the years gone bey

To be honest if I was offered both for the same price, I'd probably go for the z5 because of the extra practicality. But in reality the main thing is the s6 is a lot cheaper now.
I guess its easy to forget how good the z5 is because it doesn't stand out. But that's also a plus, I quite like the simple yet refined look that Sony goes for. With proper marketing, and not releasing phones just before the latest chipset comes out (reason why its so expensive is its new, despite offering 10 month old chipset), they could gain a huge following.

This battle is between iPhone 6s & Z5. I personally don't like Apple's ecosystem that much. So, for me Z5 wins it hands down. Such biased reporting by websites nowadays. I mean I've sworn never to take Samsung again in my life after seeing my S2 hang like hell!! Samsung comes first in every test. Are u kidding me!! F*** Samsung. Hangsung retards. Don't even think of downgrading other phones.

Iphone 6 is for ios fans ...they are not heavy users,
They buy to show off their status to the world ...
Z5 is for real Men ...who plays loads of games ,tough and stylish ... Plus micro expantion which is very important for heavy users ....
Now those who are taking about ois ,its just geemeky.
Z5 has digital stabization ...which is perfect ....the camera seems to be great as an improvement... UI faster than any other ui of the market ...
I've used all flagships ...what i found samsung are known for displays, super amoled punchy punchy colours, apple are known for their simplicity, sony known for their sexy designs,asus known for their geemiks,lg known for their removable battery only,htc known for their camera, lolz ! ,just kidding, known for their sound ..no one known for camera .. I found camera of any modern phones provides same results ..if you want good camera experience then buy an SLR simple!..
Now lets talk about heating problems ....many phones in modern days tends to overvheat, specially sony and htc but the OEM knows better than us thats why they tinks heating is not an issue ..so dont worry about heatings .. Be cool .....sleekness is important part now ... Back those days when Motorola And Nokia sold some bricks and they were succeeded ,now sleekness is important than battery and micro expantion ....
In the end ... All smartphons are shit ...they are killing your sleep ,your brain,and your healt ...goto a vacation to refresh your body,take chil massage ,give time to your family, specialy read Bible,Koran etc ,that way you will feel the pleasure of live life ,thank you ... All phone bugs.....

Sony will NEVER make it's own cam on Xperia phones better than it's competitor that is using it's own sensor ! otherwise they will not buy it, i think there is an agreement between them that Sony own image quality remain behind computation.

well Its really disappointed that GSMArena has given third place to z5 in battery endurance rating, if you check their own battery endurance test so z5 is a clear winner but I don't know that why they gave it 3rd place. Secondly DxOMark is not fool that they have given the first place to z5. Right now Z5 is the only phone which offers you so much versatility like from expandable memory to water proofing, it offers all the novelties which a person can avail.

The camera module is aw... moreYou forgot to mention how it should have had a magnetron in case you want to microwave something, and how could they forgo an automatic parachute!? I mean what if the phone falls from the third floor? COME ON SONY!!
Now really:
- yeah, that display result WAS disappointing.
- 128 gb only model? Can you imagine how much that would cost? I mean yeah it'd be cool and all, but first of all most people don't even need that much storage, and second you do have a micro sd card slot...
- in real life i REALLY doubt the S6 would come even close to the Z5's battery life. Just watch youtube reviews, EVERYONE says the S6's battery life sucks. And coming from the Z3, Sony knows how to make the battery last. QHD or not, it's an AMOLED panel so it makes up for some of the higher power consumption by the GPU by using less power on the display itself; and the processor consumes less power because of its manufacturing process.
