Ohh dear. That battery life though. The camera is excellent, but you wouldn't be using it for long with that kind of endurance.

48hrs? I know it runs a QHD screen, but liquid cooled my A$$ if it performs like that under those circumstances!

The phone is sadly expensive outright, lacks potential in the app store and missing the simplest of features like a notification LED. The only good thing I can say about this device is the camera, as Microsoft blesses us again with Zeiss lenses.

Other than that, aside from the camera and continuum... Should you buy? For me, I'd look elsewhere.

Darshada, 03 Dec 2015No disavantages? What about this very very weak battery life and the poor app catalog? There i... moreyou crazy? do you even know what you're talking about? There is 6tag, which is even better than the official app!

in fact, WP is the best place for 3rd party developers, and there's lots of quality apps, but Android people are just too much "oficial-app-whores" to apreciate these devs work!

also Google was a bitch and cut down MS Youtube app, which was awesome, but we still have at least 3 amazing quality 3rd party Youtube apps!

Facebook has taken on the app, and redesigned it for W10, it is currently in beta!
in fact, the store is only poor on niche apps and Google apps (for na obvious reason duh) but for everything else i need, i found ALL the apps: facebook, whatsapp, instagram, youtube, messenger, my bank, my phone carrier, weather app, news app (oh look, flipboard!), adobe reader, netflix, spotify...should i go on? and i'm not the only one, even tho WP is still a small comunity!

"blablabla they not the same quality as Android"...well, i'm sorry to inform you they work well enough for most people...except of course the whiny Android sheeps!

One word: junk.

And not because of the operating system, I really like Windows Phone. But 48h battery rating from a 3000mAh battery ? No notification LED ? Design that looks like a prototype ? Highway-width bezels ? No thanks.

No disavantages? What about this very very weak battery life and the poor app catalog? There is even a decent app for a basic app like instagram!

Did you test the transfer speed of the Type C connector? Panos Panay definitely said these phones support 5gbps.

That 3G talk time is seriously disappointing for a 2015 flagship device. Even sadder is the fact that Microsoft is incharge of both the hardware and software here. How come they could not optimize it properly? I mean they had everything at their disposal that one could ask for. Still...

Also, continuum doesn't require the display dock. It'll work via Miracast as well (tested on the Xbox One, Netgear PTV3000, Microsoft HD-10, Microsoft Wireless display adapter and an Amazon FireTV Stick.
