Would it be possible for gsmarena to redo the battery test with a Priv upgrade to marshmallow? Many people are saying the battery life has improved significantly, but only a true benchmark endurance test would allow a proper judgement.

I have the BB Passport and got a message from Whats-app that form dec 31-2016 I will no longer be able to run Whats-app on the BB Passport.

FWIW, I've just got 26fps (onscreen) and 37fps (offscreen) in GFX T-Rex on Priv (6.0.1 Marshmallow, US version, latest security patches). Still no iPhone, but about the same as a Nexus 5x - which it should be, given the same hardware. Would be nice if you could update the review with that info.

Just ordered this phone yesterday and I can't wait to test it out! Although there are phones with better specs now, the physical keyboard is the winning aspect for me. I love my Passport I got last year, except that it's a little wide and uncomfortable to hold at times and I don't like the calendar. Hoping the Priv will be easier to handle and I can use Google Calendar again! If anything, I just have a collection of phones now. lol The last BB10 and first BB Android.

It works well, I'm reading a lot about the poor selfie camera. I thought it was fine, I used face unlock a lot too and the phone unlocked under pretty much every lighting condition.
I dropped it on its face and cracked the screen but it still had full touch screen functionality.
Definitely a good buy.

Can't see... moreNo. BlackBerry wanted company executives to buy their Priv, not rickshaw drivers. Its the right price, and executives can choose if they want security or have other more important criteria to them.

Received monthly security Patches yesterday. As i mentioned in a previous post Blackberry is the first OEM to update all the available security patches faster than any other company using Android.

Phone gets so hot
Unresponsive to screen touch
Just to name a few, I even had it replaced once and the new one was the same, it was so terrible I spent 400 bucks to replace it with the Samsung 7. I think BBC should reimburse me and take it off the market....and just realize I was the biggest fan of the old BBC phone before smartphone appeared
