Mine is brand new, but no notification lights are active... for ex. when I have a missed call - nothing blinks... Or for other stuff too (facebook, instagram,...) no lights at all???!!!

have a weird problem with my A5 phone. When I am answering a call or making one, sometimes in the middle of conversation it goes on Hold ! It is very embarrassing and causes me problems!
I don’t know what to do,,neither the Samsung service center here where I live!!!!
