Sometimes i dont really understand why people complaining about price for this phone, isn't it relative for everyone? Why don't you build your own phone company and make a same specs and design like A5 2016 then sell it just for $48? and... for your own brand you can add $2 more..

Looks like the envy beggar for me.. Don't say something bad to things you can't afford..

i bought this phone 2 days ago, when charging whether the phone is on or turned off, the phone is very hot, maybe because the fast charging feature. The phone is also feel too weight for me.
Beside it the design is nice, no laggy, batery is okay (no gaming) and need some update for some features.

Does anyone know how to disable fast charging? the phone is very hot when chargin.

The new A5, just like previous A5s, is the perfect example why i dont like samsung flagships. They have the same looks so when using a samsung flagship, people dont even know if i really have a premium phone or just a mid range phone. And honestly, anybody buying a premium phone wants other to know they got the top phone.

Tommikke, 02 Feb 2016The Exynos-variant is about 33% faster as it gets 40-45 000 in Antutu. That's better than S5 o... moreAre you joking ? :)))) there are hundred and hundred of years between the performance of SD801 with adreno 330 and the exynos variant.Look at the geekbench 3 score which is the best and the more realistic CPU bench.A5 has something like 600 of single core points and 3000 of multi core points over 900 single core and 3000 of multicore and that's a huge boost for S5 because the single core counts much more.Going to the GPU part, adreno 330 is 100 % faster.Mali T720 of A5 has 34 Gflops over 166 gflops of adreno 330,and that's a enormous diference in gaming. You must be to dumb to think that Samsung a5 is better than Samsung S5 only based on a poor maded benchmark

How can gsmarena compare this to oneplus x? look at the gap of their price! almost 200 us dollars. I can buy oneplus x and xiami mi4c at the price of one Samsung a5. lmao in fact one plus two is cheaper than samsung a5 2016.

It´s definitely an upgrade over the S4 in every possible aspect unless some gimmicky features on the S4 like the slow thermometer or eye scroll are your thing. But yes, I don't see a reason to buy this instead of the S5. And wonder how can anyone choose this over the S6 if the price is almost the same. Beyond my understanding.
