Although I'm an LG fan this doesnt matter. Samsung has already sold a record number of phones. Ultimately that is what matters. I hope LG makes a really great device next year and capitalize on their modular technology and bring the phone to market before the next Samsung flagship.

This is not a big surprise LG has shown they've been super efficient with the imaging with the great LG G4 as well as the LG V10. This just makes the decision for me even harder. I'm waiting for the Xperia X and the HTC 10 and then I'll make my choice.

Whoever conducted this comparison is obviously heavily biased...
The LG G5 is good but the S7 edge is vastly superior... The G5 cannot even render foliage properly to save its life... Plus LG has a tendency to constantly use that horrid over sharpening effect to give the illusion of better detail - unfortunately more often than not the images end up looking artificial...

Stunning photos by both smartphones. Which is better? LG G5 hands down. The color was significantly better overall in G5. S7 is not that far behind though. Ppl will love these phones. G5 all the way!!

Not surprising at all. LG has been kicking Samsung's nuts every year since LG G2. By now Samsung is not even fertile anymore. :p

I thought I was getting the best I could with the S7 Edge, but the LG is really kicking butt here IMO. I wish I had seen this before. Although, I still dislike back-side fingerprint sensors so I don't feel as bad as I could.. :-D

wow, earlier I thought S7's camera was better than G5's. Seems I was wrong. LG G5's camera is far better than the S7. Great LG ! Keep moving the things forward.
