The x line also has qnovo battery tech which everyone seems to downplay as un-important even though big companies like intel hold it to a high regard taht will revolutionize laptops and sealed battery products.
I mean it will make your phone last twice as long as any other smartphone, on top of top notch software support from sony.
"first time its ahead of the competition" my ass. gs like phonearee are a bunch of people paid by samsung and apple to hold down competittors while maintaing the status quo.
The fact that sony is still ahead of the competition is amazing. My z3c has fast charging while the s5 doesnt.

Yesterday try'd the Xperia X and it was nice.
but i noticed that the power button felt *cheap, no feel to it whatsoever for 600euro it would be nice to feel and hear a click!.
same goes for the camera button, whitch felt it's going to fall off when pressed.

Snapdragon 650 supports 4k 30fps video capture. It doesn't make sense. Sony I love you but something wrong with phone department. Xperia z4 had heat issue. Xperia m5 have some issues. I think Sony doesn't enough test their phones.

I am very appreciate Sony use the Qnovo battery to ensure the battery lifespan, this is very important for a sealed battery phone. So, I want to tell those competitors posting here, Their Phones Without Qnovo Battery absolutely pathetic a weakness.

I did until I watched XEETECHCARE on YouTube. Sony have proved that simply making a device more efficient can be just as effective as just putting the latest processor, lots of ram and a massive battery. Refinement and clever use of the chipset is the key here.

Like for ex, the batterylife issue...
Xeetechcare on YT seems very,very satisfied with X batterylife of over 6 hours of SOT, he claims its even better than his s7...
Other reviewers also praise X batterylife
...
But batterylife conclusion here gives the wrong impression...
Doesnt say anything about standby energy consumption....
Video batterylife is done all wrong in favour of amoled based devices, etc...

We paid for that masterpiece. Don't compare to cheaper crap phone.
If you lover cheaper go for it, don't become a Sony hater here.

!00% true. I guess the production cost is less than one fourth from the price.
- Lower specs. it always means cheaper component.
- Cheap build.
everything is also cheaper.
- Software. The lightest modded ui. everything is still stock. it even doesnt need software department. a single newbie launcher dev is enough. Cheap.
- Poor marketing.
