I love the concept but not the phone. The ability to snao on an acessory to give my phone a loud speaker or a larger battery would be very useful. I would love it if a company would make a camera attachment that gives it a larger sensor and optical zoom. My problem with the phone is #1 no AUX port. #2 camera has small pixel size. #3 GOD DAMN IS THAT THING UGLY FROM THE FRONT. #4 That black bar below the screen with "lenovo" written on it. It looks like htc's bar, and it honestly destroys the phones asthetic.

And for the averahe cell phone user, 8-16 megapixels offer mpre than enough resolution than what they need. What is the point of sacrificing image quality just so you can crop the image a bit more? When was the last time you cropped a photo into 1/8th of it's original size from your phone? Thats all that those 21 megapixels will get you. Picture quality is dependant on the f stop of the lense, micron size of the pixels, sensor size and image processing. When you add more megapixels, there is less room to make those pixels larger so the image quality goes down. This is why phone like the iPhone 6s Samsung Galaxy s7 and htc 10 have better quality images with 12mp sensors than the sony xperia z5 with 23mp.

really wondering how that battery works, does it go through the internal charging circuits like you'd connect an USB powerbank? That would mean there is quite some power loss. or does it directly connect to the battery like in parallel so there would be virtually no powerloss?

It feels similar version of Lenovo Vibe X2 Launched in Oct 2014. That phone also was launched with capable of additional layers. And see it was a failure. I own that phone....
