and I'm just sitting here, wondering how come Sony is still able to operate in smartphone business although they didn't sell well.

It has excellent battery life
XP = 61h endurance rating. S7 = 80h. 10 = 66h. G5 = 60h. 6s = 62h.
It has best camera
Thanks to noisy, blurry and grainy picture quality, and all I can say is this is the best camera smartphone on the market.
If you buy a Sony phones you will know what is Japan Quality

I can tell you the page is full of the comments from the competitors. Regard the after sales services, I haven't know yet, because Sony make premium product, my Xperia Z2 still strong and fast, but if you know how to use the Xperia customer service in the web page, you wouldn't trolling at here. There are such as Grey1213, Advan, Lex...etc and some of the anonymous, I usually found they are trolling and bashing Sony in every Sony page, they never praise Sony, they never see the good and the best and the great done by Sony, everything they will praise the Iphone Samsung or even China phone, they don't know what is the Sony invention/technology, even they know, they also will trolling it is a gimmick

They also design their own SoC.
Meanwhile X series is only low-cost high end phones. Sony with x series
-uses free mainstream OS that means (Free/no cost)
and create a lightest modded ui. (Small cost)
-Uses mainstream SD SoC.
-Cheap build(Smaller cost)
-Poor marketing. (Small cost)
-Lower spec than other android flagship(Less cost)
-No fingerprint for us, means they REFUSES to pay for patent. (No cost)
- Bad after sales. Less service center.(cost cutting) even appoint 3rd party company for repair.
Its clear its has biggest margin between cost per unit and price. They want to make profit per unit as high as possible.
Low cost premium price.

As for Apple, the retina display is not only mediocre but it's outdated by area least 3 years on one of the most expensive handsets in the world. Worse battery life, no FM radio, useless high res sreen to ensure it wont last til noon. Nothing to see here folks, move along and stick with the far better Z series.
