That UI looks horrible without some soft shadows under its icons :-(
Why don't these "engineers" realize that icons should be distinguishable from the background? Which you can only do by either blur out the background and/or put shadows under the icons.

To all those "launcher-makers" PUT some goddamn shadows under icons in app-drawers and home screens!!!

There is no technical reason why you can't charge and use the headphones at the same time. One day soon some enterprising company will come up with such an adaptor. Getting rid of the headphone port is the future, so better get used to it. Also I have an old floppy drive if you want it...

AnonD-560573, 15 Jul 2016I like it but it's too large. My lg g4 can get outside of some of my pockets. How damn small pockets do you have? My Nexus 6 fits in my every pocket easily and there would be room for other stuff as well.

Razr, 15 Jul 2016you can always buy bluetooth head set. I feel this is the future!!read again "Hook up your phone to your home theater system for a longer time" you'll have to get a Bluetooth receiver for it, or just get an entire new system. Don't forget you'll be charging your Bluetooth headset from time to time. I have one and I know the hassle.

People seem to get convinced that it's good to not have that jack there, of course there are thousands of solutions to the problem, but it doesn't make the problem itself vanish. it's like "you don't have a car, no big deal, just go by bus or taxi!" Of course it works, but it won't make the inconvenience go away

AnonD-535891, 15 Jul 2016Maybe they will release a wireless charging mod to solve this problemand so you'll need to keep the phone still on that charging platform, and if you'll bring said phone from one place to the other and it's running out of battery you'll be bringing the entire wireless charging base, to again, keep it still on top of it.

AnonD-255623, 15 Jul 2016I'm sure pretty soon you'll have a hub adapter available to purchase from Motorola as well as ... moreAlthough I'm not a fan of fixing myself problems others make for me, for which I'll have to pay for both fix and the source of the problem.

The modules idea is really cool, the implementation is simple and all but frankly the phone without those modules would be no more than another super thin wannabe with a huge bump for camera.

I still remember the nightmare-worthy Sony FastPort... Please, never again adapters for headphones. :/ These phones do look good, but the damn 3,5mm port would be really nice to have built-in.

Lajtel, 15 Jul 2016It's not that it's difficult to plug in an adapter, it's the fact that you get limited in term... moreI'm sure pretty soon you'll have a hub adapter available to purchase from Motorola as well as various 3rd party manufacturers which won't cost more than $15 and you can attach two Type Cs in it.
