There is no amount of time you must w... moreJust take your phone into the store with the T-Mobile SIM card and they will unlock it for you no problems at all. I did this with mine but since doing so my phone has just randomly turned off and restarted several times a day sometimes. Sometimes I can't hear people after talking for like 1 minute or 2. Says it's still connected to the call I just can't hear them and they say they could hear me when I'd hang up and call back. I don't think unlocking it and switching to TMobile is the best idea. Try sticking to MetroPCS unfortunately if you want better service

I love my ZTE Zmax Pro! Upgraded from the ZTE Zmax which I also loved. It's large screen is great for streaming, and I stream a lot. It's the perfect phone. The only issue between the ZTE Zmax Pro and the previous ZTE Zmax is the volume is not as loud. I got my phone as soon as it was available and have had no issues or problems. I can get a signal when others have problems is some areas. I highly recommend this phone to everyone.

There is no amount of time you must wait. If metro PC's is telling you that print of the FCC law and show it to them. If they refuse.. sue their ass.

Buy this is the catch this phone is jus... moreZTE is a piece of junk I bought it 3weeks ago drop calls rotation for full screen don't work just go dead silent on my calls couldn't get another brand phone because my 14 days had passed they sent me another ZTE under my warranty same problems I hate this phone will never buy another one and gonna stay away from T-Mobile after 12yrs.

My Note5 was smashed & the insurance was $175 for a refurbished phone. The ZTE caught my eye as I was looking at the $700+ phones T-Mobile had on display in the store. I decided to go with the ZTE for $179 knowing I could return it if I hated it. I can not believe how great this phone is for under $200 bucks. I love the phone, even though it doesn't have all the bells & whistles my Note had this is still a great phone & worth every penny.

I love this phone. Nothing else has the size (not just taller lk Smsng8 but wider screen TOO!!) Runs gr8, fast, clear, beautiful. My old $700 Samsung Note may do something more but I sure can't tell. You DO have to learn a ZTE operation (read the manual instead of complaining) but it's a gr8 phone for $200. Can't wait til others make a bigger phone but not looking fw to $1000 phones again. Btw, I use my phone for everything & expanded the 32 g to 128 so it holds all my apps. I text adnauseum, email, compose letters, shop and cruise internet. Oh yeah, an occasional call, too, lol.

its a great all around phone. I love mine. if you looking for top notch concert recorder as well as headphone experience the LG V20 is your best option hands down. you wont be disappointed.

Here the update review it been updated since it been realized and the screen not was out it has been very decinent after first update and have not have any problems since then

I am very disappointed in the ZTE max pro ... The battery don't last long at all ,4 hrs the most .. Don't ever ever ever ever ever buy this phone . I had the Samsung J7 and I wish I would have kept it... Sorry but make a better phone like the J7... Plus it doesn't minimize the apps at all. There is a lot of disappointments in this phone.GARBAGE PHONE

I have one and it's totally too big and the volume buttons are in a Bad place and my sound is screwed already. I can't use my head phones or speakers in phone. I paid 200 for my piece of junk at Walmart.I had a smaller ZTE phone and it was a awesome phone, so I thought this one would be too.Wrong!

This is the best budget phone ever! But say if they wanted to try for a Pro2 later. Drop the screen size to 5.5-5.7 range. 6 inch is great and does media like a champion. But at 6'2" myself, this thing is almost impossible to just slip in and out of pockets it's so big. Can't imagine 5'5" jumping round with phone wedged in pocket. Trying to catch that one big call. Just saying.....

It has not improved battery life or camera that it claimed from 1st zte avid bad, very bad. Not only a lemon but was a used phone sold new! I have to do the claim on the dealer and call google for original email to unlock the zte avid lemon! Metro PCS Corporate store only in SE DC! . A mess.
