Pedro-TheNeighbor, 03 Aug 2016Good points and I can agree to most of your sentiments. I'm really worried about that 300 rech... moreAre you sure you will be getting a phone with sealed battery and "fragile" (according to you) glass back?
marlo, 03 Aug 2016Dear Shamesuck do you really think we're idiots? You just you have put the exactly same sd820 ... moreSamsung Galaxy S6,S6 Edge, S6 Edge+ Note 5 Exynos 7420
so is it a surprise that Samsung Galaxy S7,S7 Edge and Note 7 have the same Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890 Octa.?.
but the design is not appropriate for a note , if we will use the S pen and try to write on the sides of the phone , the pen will slide and fall .. I think that would be the small lapses of this phone .
Overall , it's a good phone at all . :-D
Johnny, 03 Aug 2016Samsung have made some awesome phones this year. The S7 Edge is near perfection but I'm hearin... moreJohnny a smaller battery doesnt mean a bad battery life .. this device has been the biggest money making machinr for samsung in past 5 years .. i dont think they will put a smaller battery without any reason .. i have note 4 with 3000mah and its battery is awesome
Its the best cellphone in market .. put it against anyphone. Though i am not happy with 4 gigz of ram. I know a phone doesnt need 6 gigz but who know the way android is improoving may in a few month there would be apps and games which may need more ram. Also a flat screen version would be great appriciated. Water proofing and sd card are most welcome. Also a 128 version is not needed when i can buy a 128 gigz sd in just 40$.
The device is great .... may its me who has been a note user for long time .. wanted more ... its all ur fault samsung

Best of the Best, I am wondering why people are going behind Apple. Apple still not released a dual sim. must be lack of expertise.
will the battery be impossible to change you say, if you send it to a phone shop after say 2 years?
looks great to be honest
only 1-2 millimeter wider and taller than nubia z11
impressive
i'm into design and inventing things so that pen might come in handy

these 2 links are just 2 examples which proves that Apple is not the only brands that is ripping you fanboys with your money, also Samsung, Sony, even OnePlus and other brands, too much hate of the Apple brand made you blind that Apple always have 3 different prices depending on the GB you want, you argue with the free apps you can get from Android and not in iOS? of course, AppStore is only available for 1 company which is Apple and PlayStore is available for almost all other brands except Nokia/Microsoft and others, which means AppsStore developers and Apple has only 1 source of income for apps available for their brand which is actually the same with WindowsStore while PlayStore has multiple brands that they can source their income, and by the way, Appstore nor WindowStore has alternatives for the apps you love on PlayStore if it's not free
by the way, I almost loved this Note 7 but I pick Edge 7 due to battery and some feature purposes

I think Note 7 will be an upgrade but people is talking about having the same specs of s7 and that the most important thing is what you can do with the phone. I was just sharing my opinion :)
Johnny, 03 Aug 2016Samsung have made some awesome phones this year. The S7 Edge is near perfection but I'm hearin... moreThe phone isnt out as yet so who ever said that is a hater. Hearsay leads to bad choices. Will you just settle for what every fool tells you? That will make you the biggest fool of all. Just as samsung did to the camera, using a smaller number of pixels but much better performance, I think they did to the battery as well. The note 7 is said to have a feature that brings down the display to 720 p so you can save battery when needed. I bet they gave other power saving features I've yet to learn about. If the s7 edge was the best ever smartphone and the note is s7 plus more, what does that tell you.

the Note7 has a bit smaller battery but i dun think it will make that much a difference and the usefullness of the iris scanner is up to the user, can't tell about the slowness but i dun think it should be slow
cheers
AnonD-190634, 03 Aug 2016How do you live with such an awful phone? the phone lags. lags like hell, it's driving me nuts... moreMaybe you should do a full wipe? I have n910f and nothing lags...
Samsung have made some awesome phones this year. The S7 Edge is near perfection but I'm hearing this new Note has a smaller battery than it? I've also heard the iris sensor is next to useless and slow as hell.
AnonD-368020, 03 Aug 2016Save your money for next lumia phone. You really deserve it. Note 7 or I Phone 7 won't be able... moreNo hopes from Microsoft. The story is different for Nokia, atleast when camera is concerned.
AnonD-567886, 03 Aug 2016For the past five years I have been using Samsung's Note phones. I have owned the first Note, ... moreHow do you live with such an awful phone? the phone lags. lags like hell, it's driving me nuts. the keyboard. the ui everything lags! and this one may be my phone's fault but the battery is super awful! and it gets toasty when listening to spotify on hspa+!
AnonD-567886, 03 Aug 2016Sure, keep us updated regarding your usage of Note7. Good luck. You might perhaps consider get... moreOh, I have considered getting the Note 4, except it's hard to find a brand new unit. I'd say Note 4 would be more practical in respect to battery management as I can easily get a Zerolemon 10,000mAh extended battery, has all the essential and even slightly better specs from the Note 3. The slight improvements weren't enough to convince me before. I was planning of getting the Note.5 until it was revealed the microSD card gone, IR remote gone, only 32 GB available where I live, fragile glass back, pen silo design flaw, sealed battery...
Note7 looks promising with the new S Pen and I know its camera from the experiments with my wife's S7 Edge. I just need to try that new S Pen 4000+ levels of pressure sensitivity (to see any real benefit to my drawing/painting), make sure there are no issues of water-resistance failing, camera performance is as promised, and see if the battery stamina/optimization is OK.
Wise buyers will wait a month or two to see how it works out from others. We don't want any surprises like the Note.5's flaws and abysmal battery performance.
