Redmi note 3 back camera with 16 mp but it's pics don't look like 16 mp. It's selfie is better than back photo. I am confuse about it's camera. Is it really 16 mp?????

Definitely inferior than ... moreIt has about the same scratch resistance. you can see tests on youtube. It's much more scratch resistant than Gorilla Glass 5 that's for sure!
And I'm much more correct than those claiming it doesn't have protection glass which is plain wrong.
