Is it possible to disable the "... morehaha the fear has started...as if we don't have enough on our plate with windows 10 taking over our computers like skynet
i dont really understand why these people are bothering to force updates onto us?? many of the lower spec phones won't be able to handle these updates well anyway...so they will have to be replaced...better market for phone makers i suppose.
i'm really looking forward to nokia coming back in the phone business..its not like they dont have defects...but their repairs don't rip a hole in your pocket...
and for all the samsung haters out there....do yourself one favour, go to a showroom and look at that display(i'm referring to the s7 edge of course)
each phone is aimed at a different populace..how apple thinks it can cater to all that need with 2 models is beyond me...anyhow...the v20 looks like an audiophile, the 7s brought some well needed upgrades to the apple fans(they are still waiting for the displays but..retina..or whatever), the note 7 crashed and burned..but they are coming back with their good pr..but the main thing to look for are the underdogs, specifically, oneplus, and asus..they make really good phones, at one third the cost of these flagships. they are not very durable, but people who buy flagships generally change their phones every year or 2...i'm just ranting about...don't mind me, i'm just trying out my new keyboard...corsair k70 rgb rapidfire...
AnonD-550207, 24 Sep 2016The phone has no fm radio app???This is post production model .not final software
Anonymous, 24 Sep 2016Still LG phones have the best camera. You really should check the low and good light studio photos of the v20 in the review... Not even close to the GN7...
LG V20 is an exclusive phone!!! One of the best ever made android phone. I hope I could buy it in Bulgaria. The size is quite big, but I thing LG will show is smaller version of V20 like Apple Iphone 6 or 7 with 4.7 inch display and like the "compact" 4.6 " version of Sony models.
[deleted post]If you read any of the article you'd be a better troll.
-57.5 Stereo crosstalk is definetly not good sound quality, so I will not buy LG V20! I am very disappointed!
AnonD-576060, 24 Sep 2016Goods of LG V20 :
1-first phone with Android nougat.
3-thinner and lighter than p... more10-removable battery + removable back cover (unlike the G5) makes it possible for 3rd party manufacturers (like ZeroLemon, Anker, Mbuynow) to make 3x bigger, 3x higher capacity extended battery for LG V20
11-FM Radio (despite the specs page says "No", this article's "Key features" states it has FM radio)
13-offline / local backup without root
14-dual window / split screen mode, you can even force enable it for all apps
15-Game battery saver mode, an essential feature from Galaxy S7 that LG implemented in V20, I'm glad, fantastic work LG
LG V20 is the ultimate phone. This is the best phone that have ever been made. Finally a phone that is perfect in EVERY aspect (except if it does not have FM Radio and barometer sensor).
The most important question that this review didn't answer:
Is it possible to disable the "seamless updates"? Is it possible to disable Android system updates on Nougat?

AnonD-576060, 24 Sep 2016Best smartphones are optional because every phone has its pros and cons as example: Samsung ph... moreCorrect, We would all like to take things from other phones to make our personal ultimate phone, but we can't.
Music sound and removable battery are huge to me....waterproofing, showing off the iris scanner is important to somebody else. Dust proof? I've never heard of a phone failing to dust. I'm more likely to drop it and crack it than worry about dust.
In the end, these top end phones are all about what fits your personal needs, like when you buy anything like a laptop, vehicle, TV, etc etc.
That's my point, I will change the battery to a more powerful one, why? Because I can as it's removable. What happens when the Note 7 battery loses it's juice, doesn't hold a charge as long? It happens to every phone I've owned, it's a way for them to make you purchase a new phone rather than a new battery.
AnonD-588833, 24 Sep 2016I'm going with the V20 over the Note 7. I had a Note 2 and 4. I hate change but the removable ... moreRemovable battery for the win as they say. I have a V10, which, when I am describing it, I always say is "quirky yet powerful". The V20 seems like a logical evolution of the V10 even if it's perceived to come with an inherently weak battery. I can get a second battery and be ready to install it in moments when needed. So what if the V20 isn't waterproof; in over 16 years having had nearly 30 devices I have yet to drown one.
