Savor, 24 Sep 2016How original. Did you come up with that joke all by yourself?
What is funnier is when I se... moreBest smartphones are optional because every phone has its pros and cons as example: Samsung phones has great cameras but some people don't like the edge display or rear glass back panel so they don't get them and apple phones have great performance but they are too expensive and have few bugs or don't like iOS and LG phones have removable batteries but they're not much good in software and UI and Motorola phones have great features on mid range phone and have durability and mods but they're not good at design or display quality and HTC phones have good speakers and build quality but they're slow in performance .
All of these are examples (some of these are not real ) for some brands so, it depends on what is your needs for your phone.
Anonymous, 24 Sep 2016Then which phone would you suggest, mate?
Please list all the strengths of it. XDGoods of LG V20 :
1-first phone with Android nougat.
3-thinner and lighter than predecessor .
5-easily user replacement battery.
7-thin design with 3.5mm jack.
9-faster charging with durable battery than g5 and v10.
Anonymous, 23 Sep 2016Snap 820. QuadHD. Still better battery life than fruitPhone 7.Iphone 7's scores for web browsing and video playback endurance are much better and yet this is only a 4,7" phone vs 5,7" for this LG.
AnonD-588766, 23 Sep 2016LG used to have the best screen, best camera, best battery and best design and build quality i... moreG4 was still acceptable. The mess started from G3 packed with so called the world first QHD screen.
It was totally marketing disaster because the phone was simply slower than G2. Terrible battery life, poor contrast ratio, all these things came from overspecced resolution. And sometimes freezes - so it cannot do without pulling out battery as a instant solution.
Even my G3 got better after years of software updates. I really hope LG sort those things out on V20...
Practical purposes are given more importance. A bigger battery with stereo speakers will complete its perfection.

[deleted post]Why are you bothering to buy phone then? Buy a very good lamp and a decent gps and a subwoofer

But on the point about X compact you are way wrong!SD650 is much more energy friendly than SD820 will ever be,which isnt that hard to imagine as it is 50% slower.
Anyway, thumbs down for LG's battery optimization
Savor, 23 Sep 2016After reading the review, I am leaning towards Note7.. Note7 v V20 v iPhone 7 Plus, Note7 ... moreYou had all of the phones (CrApple, Shitsung, LG) to know the difference, or you are just judging it by reading the specs?
good phone, still the iphone 7 is fast for me.
thumbs up for the effort though
[deleted post]I simply disagree, how much are paid for, i pay double to make your facts right...
WTH is with that Battery Endurance Rating?! Even the S7 and X Compact have better Endurance ratings (Oh, don't tell me: "It's because of the screen!" and other crap. The S7 almost has an equal spec sheet, even if it has a smaller screen, it has a lower battery. The X Compact which is a smaller screen and lower resolution, It has a much more battery consuming SoC than the V20). LG! Get your stuff together!
I'm going with the V20 over the Note 7. I had a Note 2 and 4. I hate change but the removable battery is a huge deal imo. So what it's only 3200mha, you can remove it and for about $40 in 6 months you will be able to replace it with a more powerful battery, that's the whole point of a removable battery. Plus if your phone gets hot or plays up, simply removing battery and putting back in helps. My note 4 battery lasted about 2 years, what do you do when the Note 7 battery starts dying or getting weaker?
I like the idea of the 2nd screen, the superior sound. The iris scanner on the Note is a gimmick, and I don't go swimming with my phone so waterproof isn't a big deal either.
