Finally, a proper head to head test to show that the XZ has the worst performing camera of current flagships, to the detriment of those that are in denial. Thank you GSMA ;)

Sony has the best camera, especially with the Xperia XZ. But if you know how to set and use it, which apparently this reviewer doesn't. I own Xperia X, and I am pretty satisfied with the image quality. Very sharp photos, lots of details, Zero noise when zoomed in, natural colours. Sony, always!

Anonymous, 18 Oct 2016Based on the comments: Most agree that S7 and G5 have better camera, right ?That depends if you want a natural photo output, or huge megapixel photo, or spy on the contents pixel by pixel, or an oversaturated feel, or none of the above.

Video Daylight - most votes so far are for the one with the MOST sharpening = the worst image possible out of the 4! I stopped voting right there as It's useless. Wrong in so many ways but nothing we can do. A shame most of the users are just that ...uneducated fanboys vs. haters, without any real understanding of photography (in this case - but hardly in any other aspect of a smartphone either). I'll never understand why people prefer to pay 2 times more to get 2 times less.

Anonymous, 18 Oct 2016Why some could tell wihch photo taken by which phone ?If you'll watch lots of reviews of phones, especially for its camera then you'll also be able to tell which is which. Certain phone brands has a certain characteristics, for example Sony photos are mostly noisy when zoomed and Samsung's photos are consistently detailed but very saturated, iPhones are similar to Samsung's phone but the color looks more natural / dull.
So if these characteristics are any indication then:
A= iPhone 7
B/D= S7 or G5 hard to tell as both are similar.
C= Xperia XZ

And it's a known fact (at least for real Xperia users) that superior auto mode messes up pictures sometimes. This article is old, but it still applies for modern day Xperia phones.

So if GSMA used the XZ camera in manual mode, decreased ISO value, pics taken with the XZ will have lower noise.
