The Huawei Mate 9 is a very large smartphone that does a great job of not feeling so in use. The curved back, minimal body to screen ratio and solid build mean it’s easier to hold onto than you might expect.

But with that 5.9in screen, it’s still a massive phone whichever way you look at it, both in use and in your pocket or bag.

After the demise of Samsung’s top-end Note 7 phablet, the Mate 9 is ready to fill the void, as long as a stylus isn’t crucial. So if you want a phone with the big screen, snappy performance and great battery life, a good camera, excellent fingerprint scanner, expandable memory and dual-sim support you can’t go far wrong with the Mate 9

Anonymous, 03 Nov 20162k is FHD, 2,5k would be 2560x1440. Be accurate with the terms you use. :)2k is 2048x1080
FHD/1080p is 1920x1080
2.5k is 2432x1366
4k/UHD is 3840x2160

Dont attempt to correct someone if you yourself are not sure about it.

So basically,a chinesse knockout of S6 edge+ only more than e year latter. With few brand stickers on it like (Leca,Porsche) and priced 1500$!
And people would buy this?!? o_O
Even ordinary Mate 9 isn't any better than edge+,and they still ask 750$?!? Its out of my comprehension -_-

AnonD-608563, 10 Nov 2016mate 9 is best phone for all , because this phone have all facilities and just is 750$ . this ... moreNot everyone could afford to swap phones every 6 months and burn 1000$ per year. And altough their phones are good,we are now at the point when very little has advanced in smartphones this past few years.
Heck,I don't see what this phone could do,that my S6 edge+ could'nt.
So save your words (and money)

AsusTech, 09 Nov 2016where's the link of that 10k Apple Watch?http://arstechnica.com/apple/2015/03/gold-apple-watch-edition-comes-with-a-buying-experience-worthy-of-the-1/

Since the poster mentioned the iwatch in particular, I assumed they were speaking of this edition. Rather hard to get hold of, as you can see.

Anonym, 06 Nov 2016Then you simply don't understand the market. The people who buy Google Pixels ARE NOT the same... moreI take it you haven't been following the pricing of the Google pixel line of products.
Here's a quick list:
2013 Pixel: $1299 (32GB), $1499 (64GB)
2015 pixel: same as above (sound familiar?)
2015 Pixel C: $499(32GB), $599(64GB)
2016 pixel phones: $649-$869

The point should be clear: they are gunning for Apple. Now, I personally don't see apple products as aspirational, or lifestyle, brands, but that is how they are treated by both the populace and marketers.
What you call luxury isn't quite the same. The Porsche phone (not the car) is for ostentatious (or conspicuous) displays of wealth (think Rolex and Brioni vs Patek Philippe and a bespoke Jermyn St suiting). It doesn't say "I know good things", but "I had enough money to buy this thing which you know costs a lot".
That's the difference. The Google and apple products are really well made but absolutely not ostentatious. They don't self-consciously wear the work that actually went into them on their outside, but kept it where the person who bought it, not others, can make best use it.

I don't rely gsmarena to be the only source for any testing. It usually take multiple sources to validate the consistency of the test.

Giorat23, 06 Nov 2016The camera of the iPhone 7 It's much better than galaxy s7 in my personal experience , I own both.Post it or it did not happen LoL. Every comparison out there (blind or not) shows iCrap 7 is lagging behind the competition. Even Galaxy S4 is way better in comparison (check DPReview) versus iCrap 7.
