Worst phone of my life.
Battery Life is very less.
Phone Hangs.
Restart itself Many Times.
Slowness after few days.
Camera is not upto the Mark.
Heating Issue while charging and video playing.
Battery Sucks very fast.
Charger also stopped working.

Bought my G4+ since Jan 17. I have a dual sims model with 3GB RAM 32GB ROM. I was looking for a dual sims phone which can handle 4G + 3G standby which surprisingly very few mid range phones in Thailand market can handle. Most dually have 4G +2G standby. My old phone has become increasingly more useless since carriers are moving away from 2G. Moto G4+ fit my bill perfectly. I have upgraded to android N and it work beautifully.
Pro: 4G sim1 + 3Gsim2 standby. Great screen, can view in bright sun light. Fast focus camera. Good picture from front and back cameras. Convenient on-off screen by holding finger scan button. No ghost touch, no batt overheat problem.Very fast update to android 7 wit most new feature intact (missing restart feature)
Con: Generic looking design a bit dated. No photo gallery, no file manager , awful video and music player. Standard Google app not as fancy as other phone UI
Overall I am very happy with it.

To whomsoever it may concern.
I have purchased Moto G4 Plus in October 2017.since then I am facing problems like over heating and battery draining. Also there is an another problem that since the very first day onwards the system is not sending any business card through sms.no file can be attached with sms. While trying to send something it will shows that"sending" for a longer time like five minutes or more and shows not send and try again.it will continue the same procedure again and again. When I checked with their service centre saying that the phone to be left with them for some days, then only they can say something about the same.i cannot Leave the phone for a longer time.because i am totally depending on phone and cannot avoid it for even single hour.
Finally I am in a mess due to the purchase of Moto G4 Plus.
My humble suggestion towards the Management of Moto smartphone to give more attention towards their quality control department to be more vigilant
And after sales service to be more efficient.

I HV motg4,i m getting a serious problem.screen blinks and unable to do anything,file gets automatically open as if as some invisible hands using my fine very fast.i but after coming from the next the same problem is started

Motorola launched new phone Moto G4+ on 15th May 2016.
Phone talked about lot of good features but despite of Inbuilt battery it started facing issues within the span of 6 months.
Motorola service centre worst so far I have seen. They instead of telling exact problem want us to leave phone with them for 15 to 20 days..
They will use our phone for 2 to 4 days to see the problem n then accordingly action it.
I will never recommend anyone to go for Motorola or lenovo products..
Worst customer service n no proactiveness from Motorola team
Sad that I purchased it .😢
