2 the bezels have some use like fingerprint sensor and of screen buttons unlike Xperia tho I agreed it's still overpriced for what it offers

Kirin 690 is not just performs well but it also focus on battery life and memory management. It's not as good as SNAP in gaming aspect but I'm sure that in long term using it may perform better than those phone than use the SNAP but lack of software management. Experienced from Huawei Honor6 Plus in my hand. awesome phone!

This phone is utter crap , where are the complains about big bezels ... ??? or those complains only apply to SONY ? and this phone has nothing unique , design wise is just what everyone else is making (not to mention that fugly dual camera), and it's not cheap as Huawei branded phone should be ( I can get flagships from better recognized brands for same amount of money !! ) , there is nothing impressive just a regular phone and standard specs...

- that is simply not true bc it still can't match yet alone beat old Adreno 530 lololol and Adreno 540 is gonna knock it out of park !
camera is also junk and this proves it ''using the manual mode and a tripod makes wonders''
-sure but I'm not gonna carry that around in my pocket , with the tripod I'll actually use real camera !

1.)Direct sunlight readability
2.)Contrast ratio
3.) color reproduction
They were not talking about lcd or oled display.

Removing the fingerprint sensor from the back and introducing an ugly front button (with very questionable functions) is the biggest mistake Huawei could make.
Why repair something if it isn't broken??
P9 was gorgeous,beautiful...what is this now?Look at the Apple.They have had winning design and use it the same for three generations in a row.Huawei had it,and change it for a what?To looks more iphonish than a iphone?
P.S.and these round corners and back looks so familiar to me.... wonder where have I saw them : /

I'm REALLY tired of the Galaxies and the Apples of the world. I could make a change to Huawei P10 Plus if it's at least as good as S7 Edge's camera. The different UI and functions would an interesting change. The ONLY thing I wished P10 Plus had was its predecessor AMOLED tech. Oh well, we'll see how it fares.

Novage, 11 Mar 2017No they are saying that the s821 is better than the k960. This is completely falseI think they are more or less the same. If there is difference, it isn't much to pick a winner between these two. It's in no way a criticism on Kirin as I was hoping someone would step up and provide good competition to Snapdragons and Exynos of the world. It's been too long since we relied heavily on Snapdragon. Remember the SD810 heating debacle? If there was a viable alternative, 2015's flagship smartphones would not have had thermal problems.

Anonymous, 11 Mar 2017dxo gave htc 10 and xperia x performance 88 LOL.. Go figureI don't know about X Performance but HTC 10 definitely has a great camera. u can check out the review. In fact, I feel bad that HTC 10 is not often used in camera comparisons across many websites as it is a VERY good camera. Yes, S7 could ahead in few images but that does not make 10 a slouch.

Raky , 11 Mar 2017I don't get it why you are staking that it is worthy uptade on the P9, when P9 is great device... moreWell, camera is better and the inclusion of 4k video recording is a big plus for avid videographers. Front camera is definitely better, though I'd wait for the larger P10's review to come out. It has f1/1.8 aperture which may make a difference in low-light provided huawei makes real good use of it.

Whatever the reason, that phone was a disgrace to HTC's legacy. It's the main reason HTC switched from ONE brand.

I beg to disagree with you Gsmarena Battery test is not always accurate, Huawei P9/P 9Plus and Mate 9 proven it wrong because they proved to be more battery Effient even after Gsmarena Low endurance scores.

You call me a toddler and questioning if I have read the review because I spoke about battery standby and audio volume, now your talking about you can't always trust reviews and talking about real life usage??? does that even make sense?? why didn't you mention real world usage before? rather than throwing insults related to the review.
Furthermore I generally find gsm arena battery reviews rather useful when it comes to purchasing a new phone because I find them pretty accurate
next thing i own a s7 edge and a s7, LG G5 & HTC10 and the battery life on the latter two are pretty much in line with gsm arena findings i.e they just about last a day, the s7 about day and half and s7 edge 2 days or more withing the first 3 months. Of late the battery on my s7 edge is no where near as good as it was before and I have had it since september.

So therefore I wasn't the one who started throwing insults!!
Secondly I am not doubting that these stats can differ in real world usage but from my experience of buying phones based on gsm arena battery life & audio volume I generally find them to be pretty accurate.
Even the youtube video reviews I have watched and online reviews I have read about the p10 says battery life isn't as great as it should be but it is nice to see a number as a guide rather than someone just saying the battery life is average.
