I bought MI Note 4 in September 2017. It worked well for nearly 3 years. However in August 2020, suddenly there was a problem of No Service. Next day, when I tried to make a call, words "RADIO OFF" flashed on the screen. This was followed by another message viz. "Turn off airplane mode to make a call". However, funnily enough, airplane mode was already off. I was able to use Wi-Fi though. When reported to Service centre, I was asked to pay RS.5500 for change of motherboard. I declined. Now I am planning to get à new phone. This is my horror story. Please do not buy this Chinese phone. You will repent it.

So I came back to use this phone. (Custom rom aosp android 10)
And I love the old design, the weight, 16:9 ratio. Maybe the only complain is battery (it is already 3 years old) and bad camera.

I bought in 2017, still I use with Android 7 and Miui11, fully functional, fast charge, non damage even 3 times crash to the floor, I really recommend this phone and brand, when I change sure for the same brand

the battery is not fast charging and the input socket for charging is not easy to see if the phone is charging, its sucks on charging need help its blinking only and charge for whole night gain 1% only then slowly deadbat..

I have this device since 2 years and it s the best i ever had....forgotten completely iphone...i never saw a battery like that and the display is awesome...fantastic! MI forever!!!

I am using it almost 2 years. The only problem is the gps kept losing unless i reboot it. Other than that, excellent. Hope there is update to fix this issue.
