I haven't checked that one but with comparing Samsung to SLR Camera, I think it is still far to beat those kind of camera especially if it came from expert camera maker. Hehe

But all the flagship phones of all brands whether it is Apple , Samsung or Chinese brand all equipped with Sony IMX sensors ,, so relax Samsung fans it is all because of Sony sensors that S8 are producing such results

S8 has the best camera by far all thanks to i... moreMakes no sense though, unless Sony's post-processing image software is beyond atrocious. The reason I am saying this is because ironically enough, the S8's camera sensor is manufactured by Sony itself and I sincerely doubt Sony would put a comparatively inferior sensor in their own flagship.
Then again, photo detail probably depends on a lot more than just the sensor and the post-processing software, and Samsung probably fine-tuned those things. Anyway, I am just glad that the S8's camera lives up to its predecessors legacy but I hope it can hold its own against the HTC U11.

Copy others, bring what you lack, add things others don't have and give me a smartphone which has all the latest and greatest features available. That's what S8 did so no matter which things it copied from which brands, it got everything right.

But no one ever credit sony for good trend, waterproof phone, waterproof tablet, stereo setup in mobile (alongside htc) premium build, smart camera ui (before the day of xperia Z1, most smartphone camera app is just plain shutter button, flash toggle, setting menu, filter, hdr toggle and some other basic stuff), heatpipe cooling, hi res audio, theming engine, popularising NFC etc.

So now the results are out, everything is clear. S8 has the best camera by far all thanks to its amazing image processing which is a software part, it's 12MP camera crushed the 19MP gimmick camera of Xperia XZ premium. These phones come with just one feature to brag about but still performs poorly while S8 brings all the latest and greatest tech, doesn't even brag about them and delivers the best experience possible in a smartphone.

Ok,I eat my words,was sure c was the Sony.
One thing that nobody mentioned was screen types,amoleds look brighter etc,but me,I still prefer "old" lcd's..
There must be some embarrassed fanboys regretting their comments earlier !!
Me,not interested in any of the three,rather buy two ZTE axon 7's
And use a "real" camera,I.e.. a good dslr, but there is no mobile that can do what I need,take a picture of a bird at at 6000+ metres and give a result good enough to identify a bird..
